I was helped by Brenda after a sale price was messed up and I needed to do a return/exchange for a product. While I don’t typically choose to shop at Walgreens, she was so helpful and understanding that I will be returning to this store! Excellent customer service!

Always helpful and willing to work with my insurance which is often challenging. That alone is 5 stars for me. 5 stars and an A+

It's a Walgreens. Pretty much the same as other stores but not a 24 hour location.

Giving a place a 5 means everything is exceptional. I have had difficulties in the past here but it is getting much better now. The pharmacy is extremely busy and seems to always be having many older aged customers who forget that this is a place to pick up your medication. It is not the place to be diagnosed.Thats why you have your doctor to help you. Overall I am pleased with my service and will definately return. The store is clean and the employees are always friendly but not overly friendly.

There always seems to be something wrong with my prescriptions. A reason they are not completed in a timely manner. Mostly because the 'doctor's office' didn't send something over. However- the exact same info is sent to a walgreens in Menomonee Falls and it's completed in a timely manner no 'hiccups'.

Due to staffing, they close the pharmacy without any warning. Then you have to call your Dr to get your script sent elsewhere, if you need it ASAP. Not a good experience. Drive thru line is convenient though which adds a star!

Never before have I experienced such intensely negative passive-aggressive interactions from a cashier than what I regularly experience at this location from "Barb", who seems to resent my sheer existence. Two stars because it is not the other cashiers. Only Barb.

Swear the drive thru pharmacy is never efficient or done in a timely manner. It does not matter the time of day. It takes forever every time I go.

Overall, Walgreens in Sussex took a turn downward. I know lots of places have staffing issues, so not sure what companies are doing to try to get employees. But, can the Management team at least clean up the outside of the building??? Looks horrible! Such an eyesore to drive past.

After years of going to Walgreens, we decided to move our prescriptions to Costco. So easy there and quick service. Way most cost effective too.

Why we left Walgreens: We had to get diabetic medicine for family member and they only had 1/3 of what was needed. Went back a week later to get the rest and it wasn't ready.

They won't let you pick up inside at the pharmacy department lately, so you get to wait in a line of cars.

This pharmacy is in dire need of staff. I had an Rx called in after a hospital stay and when we got to the store, a sign was in the pharmacy drive-through window middle of the day that they were temporarily closed due to shortage of staff. Very upsetting and had to go without.

Today my doctor called in an Rx at 9:30 am. I expected to get a notification for pick up by at least mid afternoon. By 6 pm, I reached a pharmacy tech and was told they’re 300 prescriptions behind and have no staff! They hadn’t even looked at my Rx. Asked me if I could pick it up tomorrow. Unacceptable.

I called the Menomonee Falls store location and had them transfer my Rx so I could pick up right away.

Provided feedback to Corporate. Suggested that the store transfer this overflow to another store verses jeopardizing the health of customers. People - call another location and have your Rx transferred if you get in a bind.

This place is worthless. Sad to think people depend on a place like this to get medicine they need to live! Hour long waits in the drive thru and no service in person. Then they act completely shocked when you bring this to their attention!
