Just what a local hardware store should be. Friendly, helpful staff. Good variety of products and rental items, and great selection of those hard-to-find hardware bits the big boxes don't carry. Best thing is the expertise the staff has. They hear what you're trying to do and help find ways to get it done. Great place!

The main guy here is super helpful. With only a few gobbled words he knows exactly what you want, walks a few lines, and drops it into your hands. Really amazing staff and response during the crazy time. If you are local, do not pass them up for a big store.

I was there today with a long list. I believe the older customer service persons name was John. He was patient & helped me decide the correct product. He also carried all my purchases to my car. I am elderly & disabled and can't begin to say how appreciative I was.

The staff at Ace has ALWAYS been helpful and knowledgeable. I've rented many tools there too. Maybe a few pennies more than the mega stores, but worth it in many ways!

Always so helpful

Sussex Ace recently fixed my 5 year old timemaster lawnmower.I tried another lawn mower shop and they failed to get it running well.Pat the mechanic at Sussex Ace not only got it running it now starts better than when it was brand new.If you have a Toro lawnmower that needs work and you live in waukesha county, take it hear.

Always willing to help...great "small town feel" makes it warm and welcoming. Anthony, the Owner, is always willing to go above and beyond for any problem be it big or small.

Had a good selection of what I needed. Friendly staff good service much better and quicker then the big box alternative.
