Place is great to work.Just watch out for the racist Mexican lady that give breaks.She only likes her own kind.She told me l was late two breaks. Im 43 and hard worker and first time in my life I was told I was late two breaks in a row.(In aVery mean and combative voice)I always time myself on my phone and come back 3 minutes early.SHE BEING MEAN OLE RACIST !!She doesn't know what my latino friend that started with me said .Its cool can you say lawsuit.She also dont know I know spanish.She gonna be in for a treat this comming monday😂🤣😂

Sussex IM made over 65 million dollars in sales in 2016, as of now they are at around 85 million dollars in sales, they have only ~200 employees and an additional 200 some temporary workers, with the average worker starting off at around 11 - 12.50 an hour and topping out at 16 an hour after 3 years (do the math)... The company is making a killing as the workers don't, and for the kind of work you do..best example would be putting Legos together piece by piece...China's sweatshop at its finest..it's not worth it, that's why they hire slums who will take it. When the company pays you and extra $0.25 an hour just for making it to work on time that's a red flag right there.

you want a boring job, where you make next to nothing this company dont give af bout there employees
