I needed a headlight replaced. Jacob was able to do it. There was such a small space to work in but he managed to change both headlight. So friendly as was the man who helped me first. Very pleased with the service and help I received.

Freezing temps. Broke down cars everywhere. Devin and Gary went above and beyond with helping me and my son with our car battery. Stay amazing !

Came to store for headlight to be purchase and Jacob H changed it for me. He was very professional and very customer friendly!!! Thank you so much Jacob!!!!

Every time I visit this store the customer service is exceptional. The staff are always willing to walk out to look at my car to see what the issue is. Great people!

Austin at AutoZone located in Sussex was super helpful and knowledgeable He helped me correctly troubleshoot my needs to get the correct parts for my 2011 Ford truck that was having issues with the air conditioner. I had a terrible experience at another location and Taylor the manager did everything to make it right. He fixed the problem and went the extra mile. He got my order right, followed up, and gave me a free part to use while I was waiting for the part I was trying to order. Yes, I said free, as in I didn't need to return it. I will definitely go back and recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you, Taylor.

I went in to buy a headlight. I have no clue how to change one and needed it changed ASAP as my daughter is taking her driver's test tomorrow. The manager came outside and changed it for me. Wonderful store with great customer service!

I had a flat tire and couldn't loosen the lug nuts. I made it to autozone and Taylor loosened them and changed the tire for me. He even called tires plus to tell let them know I was on the way. Thanks for all your help and great customer service.

Very helpful staff. I'm disabled and the young man at the counter came out and switched my wiper blades for me. That was very kind.

The staff is always very helpful, and they seem to have a very well-stocked store. I've been there many times in the last 4 years and only needed to order parts from another location a few times.
