My aunt and I stopped in for dinner after the total eclipse. The staff was definitely overwhelmed with the eclipse volume, but they were all excellent and friendly, never showing how crazed they must have been. The food was delicious, staff friendly, and well priced.

I highly recommend this small business! the food was amazing and the wait staff were so sweet and had great recommendations. The restaurant is intimate and clean, kid friendly too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The flavor of the food is amazing . You can tell someone cares how they prepare this good. My favorite restaurant in Plattsburgh. The best crab Rangoons ever. Tiger rolls are great too.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Plattsburgh. I stopped here a little over a year ago and now every time I am working in the area I have to go again. Tonight I had Pong Garee for an entrée, which was as delicious as well as the tiger roll and golden bags as appetizers. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is top notch as well. If you like Boba this is an excellent place for that as well.

Amazing every time! The honey duck, pad Thai, chicken satay, and crab rangoons were delicious!

Small Thai restaurant right off Interstate 87. Easy to park. Lots of menu items and lunch specials. Good portions and fair prices. Would go again.

Excellent food and very fast service. Food was very fresh and flavorful. Mango boba drink was really great. We will be returning to try more of the menu.

If I had to rate a top Thai restaurant, this would be the place. When me and my wife go to Plattsburgh, Sawatdee is in the conversation every time of places to eat. Last time we went here I had Tom Kha and Duck with Veggies. The food is picture worthy, super filling, and very flavorful. Great staff, awesome atmosphere, but just a tad bit pricey. Not much art to look at, but all in all great place to go. Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating.

First time try and I recommend. Amazing food and friendly staff. We arrived for late dinner (almost closing time) and they still take our order + dine-in.

My wife and I have tried Thai food at many locations and we still consider Sawatdee some of the best we've ever had.

This place made achieve nirvana. The food is so well made and tasty. You cant go wrong with this restaurant.
The drinks will appear as they show up in the menu and are a must try.
I personally ordered wonton, spring roll, drunken noodles and ice tea with lychee boba

They do some great vegan food!! And what a good price. No printer, just fax

Sawatdee is easily one of my most favorite restraunts of all time! Every single thing on their menu is wonderful in its own way and it all tastes uniquely different from each other. I have had 99% of the entire menu over the last few years and enjoy it all! The service is always good. The food is always fresh. This is a true gem of the Plattsburgh, NY area indeed. Enjoy!

Very delicious meal! very filling and tasty. Server was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant. Dining is in a store front small dining room; not a place if you are looking for restaurant ambience. A great place for tremendous Thai and Asian cuisine. Take-out was more popular than dine-in. They do deliver.

Delicious and authentic Thai food, excellent combination of spices, proteins, vegetables, rice and noodles. Don't let the storefront fool you. This place is the real thing!

HIDDEN GEM IN PLATTSBURGH.

Been here for 18 months and just discovered this amazing sanctuary.

We ordered dinner for our shift today and everything was perfect. Cooked well, amazing sauces, and perfectly seasoned. The vegetables were fresh and each dish has plentiful proteins.

In total we ordered:

- King pow chicken - medium hot - rice noodle

- Hot beef ponggaree- rice noodle

- Big bowl Tom Yum soup (second favorite)

- Spicy basil duck (my favorite)

- Drunken noodle beef and shrimp

The BEST curry that I've ever tried. I had the Massaman curry, which is a peanut sauce curry. I've never heard of a peanut sauce curry (the co-owner, Will, said his wife came up with it) but now it's pretty much the only curry flavor I want. The staff and owners are so incredibly sweet and the atmosphere is casual and laid-back. Everything was very clean. I look forward to coming back every time I'm in the Champlain area!!

This place was very good, food was made fresh and didn’t take long to come out, the server was very friendly, and they’re not too expensive. I will definitely be coming back here. I do have to say that the bathroom is at the other side of the building and it’s a bit of a distance walking. If you’re in a rush, it’s close to the kitchen. There is no area for breast-feeding, so we have to breast-feed at the site which isn’t uncommon for restaurants. Overall, I was quite impressed with the food, the speed of the food and the quality of it.

Great atmosphere. Wonderful smells. The best drunken noodles. Highly recommend checking out this place!
