Roto Router was recommended to me by a business acquaintance. Nicole, was the first person I was in contact with. I found her to be so incredibly professional, caring & considerate. She provided, for me, a source of great reassurance; as I was entering this new “situation”. Chris is the person who came to my home to take care of the plumbing task. On a scale of 1-10, Chis is a 12 !! His knowledge & ability, to correctly do the job, is unprecedented (in my humble opinion). He patiently explained each of his steps along the way. The overall pricing is extremely fair. I was treated w/honesty & respect. Never once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of. ROTO ROUTER ROCKS !!

i needed my gray water rerouted into the septic as it was running on lawn. Brian Cobb spent an hr and did it as requested and had no problems. We've rented a portable toilet from the Plattsburgh Roto Rooter for 3 months and our experience with the service technician has been excellent. Christian arrives with a smile and works efficiently. He does his job weekly (emptying, refilling, replacing toilet paper and sanitizing) and always shares a courteous and intelligent conversation. He's recently been assigned an additional route (shortage of staff) and still is grateful for the employment. He deserves a raise in pay for completing two routes. Ask for Christian as your service tech.

I called roto router to clear my main house drain. Chris arrived promptly ahead of schedule. Was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. Explained the issue and my options. Exceeded expectations. I would use them again and would recommend them.

I had my hot water heater replaced today. Originally, it looked like I was gonna have to do an after hours call to get it replaced quickly, but the person was able to show up during regular hours and installed it in an hour. This saved me several hundred dollars. I'd recommend them.

I have had to use Plattsburgh Roto-Rooter twice, once this past June and today to service my Liberty Pump Commode. Each time I was lucky enough to get the same Tech, Brandon Cobb. An Outstanding Individual is an understatement. The Service Department for scheduling is second to no one. For all of your plumbing this is a one stop shopping, no need to call anyone else.

Had a fairly major plumbing backup due to a drain snake which had fallen down the vent pipe. Got same day service and the plumber went into the crawl space to cut and clear the vent line without a gripe (which I wouldn't have blamed him for). All in all a good experience. Would recommend and use again.

We had a sewer backup some weeks ago in our 8 unit apartment building in Saranac Lake. When we called Rooter they were polite and professional which was VERY refreshing, but what really stands out to us is our technician- Brad. Brad had already had a long day, was on call that week, and couldn’t make it to us until after hours on Friday night! Still, he showed up optimistic (as few men would), and upon seeing the scope of the job was so reassuring that it was no problem- he would take care of us. This demeanor of his is a gift to this company! I left the building totally assured that this man was going to do as he said, take care of us. And that he did. In and out quickly with a professional attitude! I really can’t say enough good things. If I am lucky I will get this same man for any future issues. We send a whole hearted thank you to this responsive company and their amazing asset, Brad.

I had what was basically a sewage explosion in 2 buildings due to tenant neglect, flushing feminine napkins and other cleaning materials over the years. I also didnt learned that cleanouts didn't have caps , so it backed up into two basements of my properties over a long period of time. A dirt floor basement had a foot and a half of brown water in it while the other basement next door had a foot of brown water and 8 in of sewage. It was difficult to locate the problem at first, but Chris, Mike, and Ross teamed up, located the problem, and got my flow going again. Thankfully I was lucky a clock was not a collapsed pipe and saved me from having to dig. Thank you again for a job well done.

The office staff is great. It you treat them well they will take great care if you. They also have a great sense of humor.

I was dissatisfied with the service I received, but after speaking with a representative of the company, I found I had no reason to be unhappy. They are very fair in their business dealings, and that goes a long way with me. I recommend this Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs emergency drain cleaning.
