Very well kept store with friendly associates available to help. Their women's section didn't have a great selection of women's work shoes at this particular location; however the associates were more than willing to check out other locations for me to get in something the next day.

Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Any question they didn't know the answer to, they were more than happy to ask other staff members or look up the information in their system. We drive over an hour to get to Lenny's and it's definitely worth our time. Great variety, great brands, great service Highly recommend everyone to shop here.

This group was so helpful and gave me great service. They were happy to answer questions, give me all kinds of shoe options, and provide additional info on the shoes I bought. The store is comfortable and easy to look through. They have all kinds of shoes, including steel and composite toes. Definitely recommend.

This is a great place to buy shoes and clothes. So many shoes and boots. It's sort of like LL Bean. Very outdoorsy but also has a huge selection of scrubs.

Great selection, helpful staff. They didn't have the shoe I wanted but they were able to order it and I had them less than a week later.

First time to Lennys Show Store in Plattsburgh on Mon, April 18k, 2016. Friendly staff. Wanted to buy a pair of sneakers for my wife. The attendant was very courteous and helpful. We fought a pair of sneakers. Needless to say We will be back to shop again.Great store and Great sales personnel.

I had a young woman help me pick out the perfect shoes for my long work days. She was very informative and I wish I could remember her name because her customer service was excellent.
