Came into to Perrywinkles not sure what to expect. Logan was amazing. He asked if we had any specifics which we didn’t other the carat size. He let he try on a few and take pictures do I can see how it looks in pictures. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He seemed to know his stuff and was enjoyable to work with.

The store and staff are wonderful, but Nathan is the best! He helped my wife find and create the perfect Rolex watch for her. Thank you Nathan!

We went to Perrywinkles for our wedding bands and I came here for my wife's engagement ring. We got great service at competitive prices, and we don't have the headache that I hear so many other people have with like Kay's or Zales. Those places have faulty prongs holding stones and people lose stones. We have not yet had a problem with that sort of thing. Really happy with the quality of our rings. We also get the keep it new plan which is like insurance for the ring. It's only like $50 for 3 years or something like that. It's a great plan, great store.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to look at and pick out an engagement ring together. When we walked in Ashley greeted us with a warm smile. We told her styles we both liked and she helped us pick out a setting. She was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. She answered any and all questions we had while never pressuring us. She gave us many options and made us feel very comfortable in our purchase. If you're looking for a family oriented business that ethically sources their materials and gemstones with a great selection and no pressure this is your place. I can't recommend it enough. I visited Perrywinkle's today and Carol was awesome! She cleaned my rings and they looked as good as they did when I first purchased them. She also showed me some pieces for a potential future purchase that I was telling her about. You should go and check it out. I can't imagine anyone on your gift list not wanting something from Perrywinkle's...AND they have coffee, candy, cookies and apple cider mimosas. What more could you ask for???? Truly a pleasant experience.

My experiences at Periwinkles have never been short of amazing. I’ve been a customer here for years and have always had great quality jewelry and great customer service. I’ve purchased jewelry here and also had jewelry made and both have been the best quality. Recently I went to Periwinkles in a panic that I needed a ring made and personalized very quickly. I was afraid it wouldn’t be possible to be done in time and was so stressed about it. My circumstances were a little unique and it was acknowledged by the woman I was seeing in the store, Carol. She helped me explore my options and choose the right thing. She then involved Perry, the owner, who made sure the piece was done as quickly as possible. Carol was so supportive of my circumstances and not only helped me get my order in and get me the jewelry promptly, but she checked in on me via text with updates about the jewelry and also gave emotional support to the circumstances I was in. She went above and beyond her job to make sure I knew she cared. She even drove to Burlington herself to pick up my jewelry so I didn’t have to wait for shipping. The service was phenomenal and the jewelry also matched that. Periwinkles not only gave me amazing jewelry with incredible meaning, but they also gave service above and beyond anything I’ve ever heard of. I’d recommend them to everyone!!! I’m so thankful to have worked with them!!!

I can’t thank Carol enough for the amazing customer service and bringing me up when I was so upset about losing my diamond in my wedding ring. She was patient and attentive to what my needs were. Carol listened and found the perfect diamond to replace the one I lost!! Everyone is always amazing but Carol was the star and helped light my way back to a smile!! I am so pleased with the professional and courteous service we received this morning when I stopped in with my mother to have a battery replaced in a vintage watch. We were welcomed immediately and offered refreshments and seating. The battery was installed immediately with a smile. I look forward to returning soon with jewelry repairs and projects. Bought new wedding band and engagement ring with my own diamond placed in center of setting. Due to the fact that I have arthritis in my fingers, I needed to have hinge rings made. I was thrilled when I learned Perrywinkle’s now has this available for those of us that can’t get rings passed our knuckles. I am beyond pleased with my rings, the friendly service I received, and the timeliness that I was given, when my rings needed a sizing band applied. Thank you to all the staff!!

Every experience I have had with Perrywinkles has been amazing. One in particular,
Almost a year ago I had to have my wedding rings cut off. The place my husband purchased them from moved so now we work with Perrywinkles for all the care. I brought my rings in for repair and the staff was super friendly! And the time frame was even better than they had anticipated. The pricing was within budget and they really made me feel like my rings were safe, letting me know step by step how the process wad going to go and where my rings would be. Definitely my first choice for jewelry and maintenance!

Carol DelGrosso was extremely helpful when I went into Perrywinkle's to have my wedding band and diamond ring cut off. She suggested I incorporate them into a necklace with my kid's birthstones which is a great idea. Carol also helped me pick out a ring and had in sized for me the next day as I was leaving on a trip. Will definitely be returning!

Carol Delgrosso is the lady helped us select the ring for our engagement and she was very helpful every step of the way from the style of the band to the type and style of the stone. Now she is helping us in our search for the right wedding ring and again it has been a very pleasant experience!

Excellent and friendly service at Perrywinkle's in Plattsburgh, NY! Although I went there the other day to service my watch, I looked around the store and noticed they have a nice beautiful variety of jewelry, from wedding rings and bands to watches, earrings, and necklaces. They also have complimentary coffee and snacks, which indicates their good will and kind gesture. In addition, William (store manager) and his associate are friendly, outgoing, and eager to help. My appreciation goes out to them for their assistance, and I highly recommend here for your jewelry needs and service :-)

I have always received very good service at Perrywinkles and been happy with my purchases. Recently I took a watch in that had not been purchased there to have the band adjusted. William the store manager was very helpful and friendly not only did he take the links out but he would not charge me for doing the job. Very nice people.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here and was treated so well compared to a few other places he went to. We then purchased our wedding bands at Perrywinkle's and the service was amazing! Terry helped us and she was so personable and sweet! We love her! Carol D. at the Plattsburgh location was amazing! My wedding ring was in need of repair and when I called she told me to bring it right in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I'm thankful for how quickly the jeweler was able to fix my ring. My ring looks just as beautiful as it did when we bought it. Recently I had the pleasure of stopping into Perrywinkle's to inquire about getting my wedding ring of 34 years resized. Carol DelGrosso is exactly what her title says, "Sales Professional"! She met me with an extremely calming demeanor, as I was nervous, walked me through what the process was going to be. She told me that I would have my ring back in about a week as their jeweler would have to complete the resizing.
To my surprise, I received the call a few days later to come in and pick up my very missed ring as it was ready. Words can not express my gratitude for the job that Perrywinkle's conducted! But I will say the actions of your employee speaks volume's to her dedication to your organization, something that you should be so proud of! She is a true asset to your "Sales" team for sure! The customer service was the best I’ve experienced in Plattsburgh. We are new to the area and it was my first time visiting the store, the service was superb . I was so surprised how the staff welcomed my kiddo with snacks and treats.
