Kristy is Mom's (93) dental hygienist. She's thorough, careful, compassionate, and personable. Yesterday I told Kristy she is a 15 on a scale of 10!! This office provides great dental care.

Love the staff and the dentist such a welcoming environment especially with someone who has a fear of the dentist. They make me feel at ease coming there.

Dr. Kim Carmichael is Amazing! She and her staff are very friendly and understand dental ANXIETY is REAL! They take your blood pressure at the beginning of your appointment. The staff is friendly and fun, seriously... FUN! They have great karma within the office. If you have work done, she personally calls and check on you!
Dr. Carmichael will give you a treatment plan and price before they start. I was in need of a specialist outside their office, the ladies upfront printed out the address and directions with several options, I didn’t have to ask, they confirmed everything before I left their office. They went an additional step further and sent my dental X-rays and a note to explaining my situation to the specialist!
Two quick things worth mentioning, our daughter 17, had an emergency situation with her front tooth, Dr. Carmichael came in on a Sunday to fix her smile, so my daughter didn’t have to go on a field trip to Chicago looking like a hillbilly... our son 20, went in for his first appointment this morning and found out he has seven wisdom teeth. I’m very curious why our former dentist never mentioned that in 12 years of continued pain on one side! If all this doesn’t make you want to book with Modern Touch Dental, I don’t know what will?
Our family of four had been with the same dentist over 12 years, a second opinion was needed and WOW we hit the lottery with Dr. Carmichael and Modern Touch Dental!!

Modern Touch Dental in Hartland has completely restored my faith in dentistry! I've have had many troubles with my teeth over the years and have gone to many, many different dentists. From the first time I went to Modern Touch and had Dr. Wagner do some work on my teeth to this past time with Dr Carmichael I have always experienced top notch dentistry and professionalism second to none! By far the best dentist office in Wisconsin and absolutely amazing work by the entire staff there!

Dr. Carmichael is an excellent dentist! The staff and dentists here really care about you! They have worked with me to appropriately manage the anxiety that comes with going to the dentist. I never have to wait and they are always checking to see if I am comfortable and understand the process. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Starting with the appointment process inclusive of frequent reminders to the final consultation with Dr. Wegner my experience with Modern Touch was exceptional from start to finish. The facility is immaculate the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Jenny is the best hygienist I have had the pleasure to work with. Dr. Kory Wegner was fantastic to work with. I broke a tooth the night before and he changed his schedule around to fit me in. The procedure was smooth and I have never been to a dentist who makes it as "pain free" as possible. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You actually feel welcomed throughout the entire experience.

All the doctors are very thorough in their explanations of any treatment needed. They have awesome personalities that make me feel very comfortable speaking to them about any questions I have (I'm very self-conscious about me teeth). The hygienists have given me the BEST cleanings I have ever received in my years of going to the dentist. Lastly, Dr. Wegner has been amazing with working with me on my goals to better the appearance of my teeth and he makes me excited to see the results just based on how excited he gets for the way I will look and feel afterwards. I trust this entire team!

Modern Touch Dental truly cares about it's patients. The staff is so energetic, welcoming and always makes sure that you are comfortable. The office manager, Kim, was such a wonderful help to me when going over my treatment plan. She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and really showed her passion for helping patients! Great experience from beginning to end. Very easy process to schedule appointments. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Carmen was gentle and friendly. Exam and cleaning was quick and painless. Never looked forward to dental appointments before, but I am happy to return in 6 months!

I have been a patient of Modern Touch Dental of Hartland since 2015. Before going there, I had avoided my previous dentist for years because I HATED going. It was always a painful experience for me because my teeth are prone to buildup, so it seemed every time I went I needed cavities filled or some kind of work done. My friend convinced me to try Modern Touch Dental because they offered sedation for patients with anxiety. Even though I was hesitant, I gave it a try. Let me tell you, the nitrous "happy gas" made a world of difference. It takes the edge off for shots, fillings, and even for those that don't like cleanings like me. My gums were in such bad shape when I went in and even the slightest poke of the probe was painful. I have been working with hygienist Renee the last couple years and my gums have made such an improvement that I did my first appointment without nitrous and I finally had that "Ah ha!" Moment. THIS is what the dentist SHOULD be like when you take the time to floss and use mouth wash. I will never be stupid enough to avoid the dentist again because I do not ever want to back track and go through the pain and money! I absolutely recommend Renee for cleanings, 100%, hands down. She worked with me in my worst moments, literally having a panic attack in the chair, to now where I don't need any sedation. She is patient, gentle, informative and so kind. THANK YOU RENEE!! :) The receptionists are also super nice as well as the rest of the staff I've worked with. If you have anxiety with dentists, go to Modern Touch!

I have been going here for years and have had a positive experience every time. The administrative staff, assistants and hygienists(especially Amy) are very friendly and good at what they do. Dr. Wegner is a great guy and excellent Dentist. Dr. K is a great addition to the team since I started coming here. You will be in good hands.

Appointments were easy to make, and they were adaptable with an additional procedure.

I am very pleased with the entire practice. All staff members are very informative. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. My hygienist Amy was gentle and explained everything in terms I could understand. The same goes for Dr. Krueger! I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the Dentist and had put off going to the dentist because og it. I reached out to Modern Touch Dental and am very pleased in the care I have received. Renee has been great in helping ease my anxiety. She is patient and understanding and takes the time to explain everything. I highly recommend Modern Touch Dental.
