Same sad story! No $= public pretender = guilty = life changed and affected forever. Usually charge hourly, but not sure, only had a phone call and you get what you pay for. But you need to have the funds to pay around $5000, but you will be satisfied if you can afford it!

Definition of "Fee-To-Plea"

Seems like an honest guy, with genuine concern for your case until it comes to money. He makes up fees as he goes. If you are unfortunate enough to need his services, expect to spend money, but spend it elsewhere on an attorney who is going to provide you with some sort of results. He maintains the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM amount of contact (Day before court phone call) and my case was stretched out over a year and a half, most of the time just because of busy schedules, and I ended up taking the same EXACT plea that was offered at the beginning of this whole mess before Attorney Dineen did a single thing. I was strung along paying for expert witness testimony, who couldn't have even been a witness for my case because she was not an expert on the breathalyzer I was tested with. An accidental oversight, i'm sure. In the end we are battling for the return of my trial fee that he required be paid up front, knowing full well we wouldn't be going to trial. Then after not going to trial and accepting the plea deal, Attorney Dineen decided to keep most of my trial fee due to "Extensive Trail Preparation"

An absurd waste of money. You WILL have to spend money for a good attorney, but look elsewhere. His middle name may as well be "Fee-To-Plea"
