Love Walgreens in general❤ 6/23/2023 stopped for a "few" items. The associate in H&B KIM was wonderful!!! Helped me find things, friendly, kind, smiley... She AND her register associate(?name) worked together SO well/as a team. I will ALWAYS come back to this "W" location. Oh btw; the Pharmacy staff are some of the BEST I have ever dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A lot of the pharmacy complaints here are misunderstanding that Germantown has a high senior population that needs medications and there's shortages nationwide for many prescriptions.

I also don't know if people know how to be patient and that's coming from someone who's adderall prescription couldn't be filled cause of an aforementioned shortage.

I've worked in retail before and was obsequious, so I actually enjoy that some workers here are showing how they feel, always having people expect you to bend over backwards for them.

Let's not be Karens my fellow Dirty-Gs.

This location has rescued me several months when another location didn't have the proper medicine for 6 months. Danny/Pharmacist is amazing. He has such an amazing way about him that helps me feel so much better. The entire Pharmacy staff exceeds high expectations every single time. Thank you for all your help!

I went in just to buy a hair product. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Melissa who is a wonderful make up artist. She saw what a bad choice I had made with my foundation and knew that she had to help me. She was so sweet and nice, and did a wonderful job helping me to update and correct my make up. I would have bought anything from her. It was a wonderful experience and am so thankful that I ran into her. Great job Melissa! I will definitely be back. I can tell that Melissa is a young lady that will go places.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! When we had an emergency that left my wife without needles for her injectable medication, the pharmacist and technician stepped in so we were sure not to miss a dose. Thank you!!!

Went to the Germantown location after terrible customer service at CVS. I was willing to pay the out of network price ! Walgreens was fast and courteous. The pharmacist even came out on the floor to help me find something. Thank you Gtown Walgreens for giving great service!!!

i go to this walgreens on almost a daily basis!! All of the staff there is so kind and i can always find what i need. the store is always clean and someones always there to help you if you need it!
