Recently, my son had his graduation photos taken by Dona, who was an absolute delight. Her vibrant personality and infectious humor made the session enjoyable. She walked us through the process seamlessly, ensuring we understood every step. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

They are still having their clearance sales.

There was a line of people waiting for the store to open. This was the day before friends and family day.

We got there about 10 minutes to opening, and there was a line, a line.
We waited in the car, of course.

I had an item to return and another JC penny I went to did not even attempt to help me or try to resolve my issue. This JC penny had a very kind woman named annamary and I am so grateful for people like her with expertise. She helped solve my issue within minutes and was also very friendly while doing it. I did not want to shop at JC penny after the other rude encounter but she changed my mind. Daquan the 1st in customer service also assisted me and I am very happy with the help of everyone.

They have a nice selection of plus size Liz Claiborne clothes and it was very nice and clean there and the sales people were very helpful and even at the register the sales woman was very nice

Still an old fashioned store in the best way. There's not alot of stores left where older ladies can get clothes,but they had a great assortment. There was lots of salespeople on the floor and the cashiers were pleasant and helpful.
Overall experience was great .

Found what I was looking for..very refreshing to see forever 21 is now in stores

Found exactly what i needed. Too bad cashier lines always so long. Dressing Room floor was filthy. 😬

This is a really great store. The lay out is wonderful. The store associates keep everything as tidy and organized as possible. They are also very friendly if you need help and when you check out. The changing rooms are spacious and there are a few of them around. You can find something for everyone. It also happens to be a very pleasant store to shop in.

I always liked JCPenney they have a lot of sales and great finds even though it’s sad that it doesn’t have a volume of customer traffic but I can’t complain makes it peaceful shopping without a crowd like macys or even finding a parking spot. I do recommend here for those who like sales and are in a budget during these economic times.

Hello, again, This is Doll, and let me ask you a question, Do you oun a credit card in this store call, ' JCpenny '? Because if you do and you haven come for a long time, let me tail you ! You are missing a great discount i ever seen. I cam with my fiance to return a shoose that thint fits him right they cost $90, and we exchanged with other couples of shoose that cost $75, I got long black boots that cost $80, but with the discount that they have with the creditcard, we pay only $18. Yes, As you read $18. I so as well gorgeous necles and sandals as for wedding, prom dresses. So hurry before the discount is over. JC Penney they have great prices in clothes or whatever you need all sizes I went and found really nice blouses Love them they always have discount so really recommend JCPenney.

The closest JCPenny’s is in Wayne NJ which is 30 minutes away. I think it is worth the trip. They have a great policy to exchange things you don’t want. Even if you don’t have your receipt they can look it up based on your credit card. And they have digital coupons that they can use if you don’t have have your own coupons. I wish they didn’t close many of their stores. They have everything you need for your home and your entire family. I think the ladies at the customer service desk are great. There is a middle age lady, I believe she is the manager; beautiful hair & nails. She is also beautiful inside. There is another woman, I believe she is Muslim, based on her traditional clothing; a great heart. I hope for good things for their employees. They are the Best.

We went for drapes, curtains and blinds for the windows of our house. Not only did they a nice size assortment to choose from, the saleswoman was extremely nice and helpful. She spent so much time with us and gave us really great and professional advice...

Was looking for a puma outfit that I could wear and found one perfectly in my size and with matching sneakers, and the price was not that much. I definitely will come back forgotten about this place
