Great store great prices even cooler staff we went shopping here about a week ago and unfortunately my wife lost one of her gold hoop earrings. The staff was great on trying to retrieve it and helping to look and even called me a couple of times during the week to let me know that it’s still had not turned up, but that they were going to do some restocking of shelves and moving stock around in the store so I thought it was great that the manager and even the employees helped out to look for the earring even though it didn’t turn up they were great. The store looks good. The prices are even better and I would recommend anyone. and everyone to take a look and find something unique and you might even find something that you didn’t even know they had great job guys kudos to you!!!

Nice store with a great selection! The store was well stocked with some awesome deals! The Rack really had a great diverse collection today and on previous visits. This store gets a lot of great finds. They have an excellent return policy right now as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and was a nice retail experience post pandemic. Def stop in and find a nice gift for someone you love

I went to The Rack yesterday in Wayne. I was browsing through the store and found myself in the shoe department looking at shoes. I found a pair that I liked but they didn’t fit. I was looking for size 10/10.5. A nice lady I believe her name was Kay said she will be more than happy to help me and she did! The first time I actually had someone here that was interested in customer service help me here. I even told her the last girl told me “whatever is out is what you get!” I was so pleased with Kays assistants I had to write a review. She was truly a professional that cares about her job! Something hard to find theses days. She even convinced me to open a charge card! Cheers to Kay! Wish there was more employees like her!

Great deals. The store was not as organized as usual. Sizes not grouped correctly so you had to search. But in the end still a good store. Sales person Ewa M. was a delight, very nice and personable.

Some things should be kept secret. This is one of those places. I love stopping in here when I need something before checking in more expensive places, b/c their stock is always organized and the items are super cute. I love saving money on nice pieces and I always accomplish both here! FYI compared to other Racks in area, this place is so visually appealing and organized. The associates are always so pleasant, helpful and they really know their merchandise. So please don't go here!

Love this location. You always find gems! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I recently had some issues with an online order that supposedly shipped to the store. The representative over the phone was not very helpful so I ended up calling the store myself. I spoke with Samantha (manager) who was able to rectify the issue so quickly. Thank you so much Samantha!

First time ever in a Nordstrom Rack.
They have discounted cosmetics, clothes home, shoes etc.
I could spend hours in there but only stayed about an hour and picked up a beautiful man's shirt.
I give this store An excellent rating

Wider more spacious than 14th street Manhattan. Free parking. Avoid city stores.
City has better selections

Waaaaay better selection than Bergen Town Center!!! I didn't even know this gem was here! Same great deals but seems more organized to me. Shoe selection for women is great! Kids shoe selection is slightly better than Bergen Town Center's NR.

Great store with name brands for less mula ! The customer service was also excellent!

One of my favorite stores. Ideally located for checking off multiple errands. Nice array of items. Store is always organized and full of great finds.
