Mike gave us superlative customer care … 5 Stars. I came in to upgrade my phone and give the old one to my daughter. He was very kind and smooth with the process. I would highly recommend coming to get service from Michael.

Micheal at AT&T was so helpful in helping me get a new phone! He sat with me for hours and helped me remember my passwords I forgot. He helped my elderly mute mother remember her passwords and come out of psychosis

currently here getting help from this gentlemen omar . he is actually very helpful and informative. very professional. this will be my to go to att store . paterson att hasn’t helped at all and makes me feel like they just want to make their sales and take your money . but omar here is helping out a lot here thank you once again omar

I had a little issue with a phone purchase that was being delivered to a house in Florida - it looks like the system glitched and my order never went through. Beverly - one of the nicest, kindest, and most helpful representatives you can meet and talk to - was able to help me through my issue and make sure it was responded to in the fastest way possible. I now have my new phone, transferring from another carrier. Her help (which was very responsive and very quick) throughout the few days reassured me that I under good hands. Thanks Beverly!

We went to two different at and t stores and this was the only place that actually cared about our problem and made sure we left happily and succeeded and they said they would give us coffees next time we came

Great and helpful service, my phone was broken and my only option was to pay for a complete new one. Scott helped me through the process and ensured I got the best deal they had to offer and spent 2 hours of his time to set everything up for me. Service could not be better

This is the 3rd AT&T store I’ve been to, to try and upgrade my phone. Third times a charm! I couldn’t be happier! Malik made the entire process SO easy and fun. He greeted me the second I walked in the door and made sure I knew I would have his undivided attention once he finished with his client. He took his time answering my (many) questions and concerns. Working with him was like working with a friend. I am so happy I went to this location and was able to have Malik assist me. Thank you, Malik!!!!
