Kittery Inn and Suites

Had a 5 night stay around Memorial Day weekend. Inn is friendly, affordable, quaint, and clean. Breakfast is included and very tasty.
Every morning we awakened to beautiful birdsong. Grounds are lovely, the saline pool is a real bonus.

Love this cute, convenient place in Kittery! Enjoyed the clean, warm, salt water pool! Clean spacious cabin with kitchenette and deck. Excellent continental breakfast! Overall very pleased with our stay here!

Clean and pleasant rooms, nice and warm when we arrived! The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was something for everyone at breakfast. A short drive from the town center.

Very clean! Our room had a kitchen! Good location for highway access, but super quiet and peaceful. We biked a lot to most of the nearby attractions (beaches, water country, lunch/dinner). The pool is cute. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise and had a good amount of options! Staff were all friendly, polite, and professional. We will definitely be returning.

A great locally owned business. Grounds are nice, with a heated salt water pool. While the location is on Rt1a bypass the rooms are set back so they are quiet. Our 2 queen room was spotless, nothing fancy but enough room to move around plus a small balcony overlooking the local baseball field. Breakfast was more than expected, with usual bread options, fresh fruit compote for yogurt. They had a local blueberry crumble cake which was delicious. Not really walking distance to any restaurants but near the River.

Perfect for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The room was simple but nice and clean.
The inn is very close to Portsmouth, Kittery downtown and the outlets and made it easy to get where we needed to go.
The pool was perfect to relax at for an hour.
We had a great stay.

I agree with the many others who have given this a five-star review. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quite a variety for breakfast, worth the reasonable price; a cute little gem in the midst of Kittery. Will definitely return.

Room 11. Room with a kitchen was so perfectly convenient. Nice little bistro table in kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Great little electric kettle for coffee and tea in the room. Good interior decorating- effort was clearly made to be boutique style, not modern sterile hotel style. Bathroom was small, but not too small. Breakfast had healthy options such as fruit and hard boiled eggs, but had granola/pastries/bagels as well. Coffee was piping hot- thank you! Very cute breakfast presentation, lots of nice little dishes. Clearly they make an effort with little details. The girl when I checked in wasn’t super pleasant, but the guy when I checked out was very pleasant. Parking lot is somewhat awkward and spaces are small if you have a big vehicle or are towing something. Very good value- lovely little place.

This hotel was a very convenient stopping point on our way up to Acadia, located just off of the highway. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and our late check-in was incredibly simple. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was full of tasty options and very well stocked. We didn't have time for it, but the pool also looked really well maintained. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

We stayed here for a few nights this past weekend and everything was wonderful! The room was huge, super clean, and the bed was comfy. I was surprised how big the room was and that there was a little kitchenette. The breakfast in the morning is super good (especially the sour cream cake) and a great location near restaurants in Kittery and Portsmouth. We had a great time exploring the area and being able to come back to a quiet room.

Loved having our own private balcony. Every staff member we interacted with were exemplary. So friendly, personable and able to answer all questions. The breakfast was quite a spread. My sister in law has traveled extensively and she was very impressed. Super cute, found a gem! We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms
were quaint and had everything we needed to recharge after a day out. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was simple and tasty. Will look into if we ever visit this area again.

Cute place with nice staff and comfy rooms. Every room has it's own balcony which is a nice touch. the only thing I would recommend is BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. other than that it was fantastic

Little hidden gem of a motel with a salt water pool. Quiet, clean, and well priced. Mattress sagged a little in the middle, but the room was comfortable beyond that. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The staff could not have been more friendlier an accommodating. The room was super clean and had everything you could need- nice tv, refrigerator, microwave, etc. My only issue was with the beds. I have a bad back and they were a little lumpy and uncomfortable for me. It’s a great location, very closes to everything. I would definitely recommend it!

Our experience was great from from the beginning. Booking is easy, the property is adorable, the rooms are small but have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast spread had a good variety of food! I would definitely stay here again.

Kittery Inn is a charming, lovely place. My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here in October. The rooms are clean and updated, bed and bedding comfortable and in a great location. The self serve breakfast is a step up from the usual and the staff is caring and personable. I hated leaving and hope to be back for a visit in the future.
