Coastal Fitness

I've been going to coastal for nearly a year now but I recently started doing some of the classes that they offer. All of the instructors and staff at coastal are very friendly, super knowledgeable and helpful, and provide the extra motivation needed to get the most out of the classes! The facility has plenty of great equipment and is never overly crowded. They also do a good job with their social media and engaging with their members by doing events and raffles from time to time. My only regret is wishing I made the switch to coastal sooner!

About 6 months ago I reached out about personal training with Kacey, and although I was hesitant at first that I would stick with it it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I never enjoyed working out, I actually dreaded it, and now I actually look forward to our weekly sessions. I had briefly worked with other personal trainers in the area before, and it reinforced how I had previously felt- self-conscious and defeated. Kacey however is encouraging, SO patient, supportive, and she has pushed me beyond what I ever thought I could be capable of fitness wise. I feel the strongest and most confident I have ever felt and I am truly so grateful for her. I love the atmosphere of Coastal- everyone is so kind and welcoming and I truly love being a part of this gym! If you’re thinking of hiring a personal trainer- Kacey is the best!

Donnie helped me gain 15 pounds of lean muscle. His dedication to his craft is amazing. Would highly recomend. I thought i was doing good training by myself but learning proper forum to maximize muscle growth from donnie was a game changer. The only trainer i trust in the seacoast.

I recently joined coastal a month ago and cannot stop raving about the place! They have all the equipment you need, tanning, sauna, personal trainer, and classes! What more could you ask for?!

Such a caring fitness community that drives you to be your better self!! Donnie is especially attentive to his clients which makes this gym the best around

I've been going to Coastal Fitness on-and-off for years, and consistently (3x a week) for the past year-plus. Jill's Core and Ripped classes are 100% worth the membership alone, but it's also such a great community of people. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Great gym with many options from basic membership through various classes and solo instruction too. Good equipment and plenty of space for floor workouts and stretching. Great age range and lots of smiles!

The new equipment is great. I had never taken fitness “classes” before, very happy I tried them. I really like the small group classes: The instructors are top notch and care about the people taking their classes. EVERYONE I’ve met in the classes are cool.

I feel like I get a really great deal for the platinum membership.

Cleanest gym in the Seacoast area. Always bringing in new equipment for open gym use. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and members as well!

I was on vacation in Maine for a week and my family and I wanted a nice place to go to the gym and this was it! They were so welcoming and the gym had everything we needed! It felt like we have been there for years before. I love this gym and will never forget it! They have so many different machines and classes to choose from, and a plus is the lighting is amazing!

A great place to workout with a great community of people. Friendly staff, trainers and other gym members. The space is clean and well maintained.

Have been attending Coastal for a few years. Always clean and machines are well-maintained. New owners brought in some great new machines and have updated the look. Super-easy to get to and plenty of parking. Always enjoy my workouts there.

I've been bodybuilding for 17 years and this is by far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing the equipment again is amazing and everything is extremely clean which is very nice. There is not one negative thing I can say about Coastal Fitness I absolutely love it.

A great gym! Clean and well maintained. A ton of equipment and very spacious, including a group fitness studio and a functional training area. A one week visitor pass is only $40.

Love this gym! It's big enough to have all the necessary equipments on top of having enough space for many amazing classes. The staff is so friendly and I've always had such an enjoyable experience working out here.

I just have to go here in September and while it's cheaper to go to other major gyms, I find this to be a well-cared-for, well run and organized gym. I've been to a lot of gyms through the years and this is one of my favorite. Equipment is well-cared-for people are nice and the location is great. Highly recommended especially if you want to take yoga classes and other classes as my wife does

I recently joined this gym aftering moving from Massachusetts. The gym itself is very clean, with plenty of space to get your workout done. The staff is very friendly as well! The only thing I would like to see added to this facility is a deadlift platform.

Coastal is just the best. I love this gym. In the last few years they have done nothing but improve the equipment and facility. Most everything is new. It's a small gym but you rarely have to wait for things Awesome spin studio with virtual classes. They just do a great job.

Switched from Planet Fitness to Costal! It's very clean, nice open space, and lots of good people! Definitely recommended and the sauna is a plus!
