Been coming here a little over a year now. Mostly routine things (oil change, filter, etc)...did need a replaced steering shaft on short notice.
Always cheerful and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.
I'd highly recommend them.

Andy’s team member, Jonathan, dropped everything and came across town to fix my car. Luckily it was a quick fix and I was on my way! Heading on a road trip to Florida, and my AC doesn’t work. As with everything, I waited till the last minute and called around in Oconomowoc. No one was able to get me in, except for Andy. Everything was amazing, the east of the call, getting an appointment ASAP, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue same day (even offered a car loaner). Amazing price and charged only for the broken things. I really can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much Andy!!!!!!

Repaired a hole in my tire for free and got me in right away, with no wait time!!! Very thankful for kind customer service.

Needed a simple emissions test for WI DOT. Andy was very friendly on the phone, and Jonathan got me in and out quickly. Much appreciated guys! It's been a few years since my truck was at their (old) place, but I'd got back in a second if needed.

Service is great. They are very knowledgeable there, listen to your entire issue with your vehicle, give you their thoughts and a plan on how to figure out the issue and tackle it. Prices on the few repairs I had done were cheaper than 6 of the other local shops and they were able to squeeze us in much sooner than the rest even though their parking lot was full of customers vehicles. Definitely recommend.

I pulled in to HIS Auto with no appointment hoping they could help me with an emissions test. I was greeted with a friendly smile and was told "absolutely"! In total I was there less than 10 minutes. I am very appreciative of their efficient service. If I need car repairs in the future I will go back to them.

Will be coming here again when the family mechanic is all booked up. It's always good to have a backup. Good work and a good price.

I came to Andy and his team with a blown head gasket after going to another place that did things wrong to partially cause it. Andy and his team took their time and did things right. HIS auto is absolutely amazing!! We were looking at buying a car from a local dealer and we live 7 hrs away. Called Andy a few days before to see if we brought car to him could he look it over and see if anything major was wrong with car. He said absolutely, no problem and we took it to his shop and they immediately got it in to look it over. Put it up on lift and mechanic (Darius) showed us issues and gave us his opinion on the car. Not to mention very reasonable cost for this look over! Highly recommend using them for any type of service. If we lived closer we def would be using this shop for all our needs. Thank you Andy and team for getting us in so quickly. In and out in 30 mins. Awesome job to all!!

Was very pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix an issue with my oil in an hour when other shops took 8hrs and up to no avail. Very reasonably priced as well.
