Macy's

I work here. I love all my colleagues. Just be nice and polite to us and we will return the favor. The store is kept as clean as possible but it can get messy thanks to inconsiderate customers on weekends. It is very busy then. There's frequent sales. Lots of designer clothing. You can usually find what you're looking for. The 1st floor is men's, intimates, Activewear, and outerwear, as well as cosmetics, perfumes, and jewelry. The second is the women's and juniors department in addition to backstage (clothing, home goods, cosmetics all at a steep discount--kind of a mini variety store of its own). The 3rd is the home and kids & toys department.

Larger than other Macy's. Products more high-end. Starbuck's in here too! Lots of parking.

I had a wonderful experience today with a kind and helpful cashier , Samara K., from the Men’s Department. I also met Sabina from the Fragrance Department who was very gracious as well. Both Sales Counselors are a great asset to the Company. I will be looking forward to shopping again with them in the near future! DirtyDelishDish

I had such a great experience at this Macy’s location. I had to return an order that’s as an extreme mess. But thanks to a sales associate (Lynda) and her awesome supervisor (Denise) for going above and beyond to get me my refund. I wish I had a magic wand to give them both a raise. Thanks to them both for their amazing customer service.

Shoma in the women's shoes department was an absolute pleasure to interact with and helped me find my dream bridal heels! She was very kind, patient, and honest and took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Shoma!

I love this location it's 3min from work. Staff is friendly & courteous. Store is always neat, clean & organized. Even when it's crazy busy & hard to maintain, they try.Im in retail industry my self & it's not an easy job. Love shopping there. 🥰

This review is about Mark "the manager" When my wife and daughter were shopping for clothing in the women's department on the second floor we were having a difficult time shopping and we brought it to his attention, he immediately found a solution to our concern and then on top of that made sure our return visit was even more welcoming. I went there in the morning, five days before Christmas, you know what I'm saying. Knew what gift I wanted to get, with a little help from the nice sales ladies in the perfume department, completed my purchase, and headed for the door. It was a nice morning. Thanks, Macy's!

Was great, I went in with my 3 year old twins to take advantage of the sale. Went straight to a employee, asked where the comforters set were. They told me where on the 3rd floor. It was exactly where they said.. was a short line.. got in got out in 20 min... I hate malls so this was great for me..

Visited the Macy’s at the Willowbrook Mall.
I purchased a ring as my Christmas gift. I had it sized. I stopped by to pick up my purchase. I am a satisfied customer.

Macys always has great deals without compromising on junk walmart style fashions ! Higher end quality clothing and products with sales every week ! Only the best dressers and people that know quality will shop here !

I come to shop there often and always have nice experience with their goods selection and customer service.

Macy's is the classic store. Even if you don't want anything, or not sure of what you want, you'll find something that you like.

Visited Macy's after maybe 13 yrs. I found that the online shopping has had a toll on the offline Macy's store. Very few people were shopping. I have seen the prior grandeur of Macy's, it used to be crowded and business was buzzing ... Macy's is still standing inspite of the change in shopping behaviour of the American people, doing most of the shopping online. I hope it survives the change ... All the best Macy's ...

My friend and I were looking for pillows. He found exactly what he wanted in the clearance section but only 2 and he wanted at least 3. George Wicke found us another pillow and a matching throw. He was so helpful and even brought the merchandise to the counter and rang it up. I will absolutely be back!!! Thanks again George.

I always enjoy going to Macy’s! While I do a lot of online shopping, I still really do like to go into a mall and into a well appointed store to shop. I love browsing the women’s clothes in Macy’s. I also love browsing through the make up and jewelry. oh and don’t forget the handbags and shoes! It’s just really fun to be able to walk around a well appointed store. I truly enjoy that. At this visit, I picked up some DKNY workout clothes at a great price! And they have a Starbucks inside the store! Yum!
