have rented a storage space recently and I'm very impressed with the staff!! The ladies in the office know my name by heart and they make me feel very welcome when I come in to speak to them. I would recommend this particular storage space, for sure!!

The owner is a Great guy. The units are in good shape! I recommend!

I called on a day that was closed, and the staff was willing to come rent me a unit. Even helped me move my things in.
The staff was friendly and smiling . The units was cleaned.

I’ve rented a unit here for nearly 5 years. Always found them to be helpful and responsive with good prices and responsive to me when I needed help. However I’ve been trying to contact anyone for about 4 days now and haven’t gotten any response from phone calls, emails, or messages. If anyone from BKSS reads this, please contact me.
