Return was so easy, beautiful products for working women too

I was getting checked out and one of the employees, Jennifer, was getting verbally yelled at by a customer. She handled everything so gracefully and still was able to move forward with carrying on her day with a smile on her face. Wonderful staff here!

Prices are reasonable, lots of inventory, customer service is great, they have something for all family members.

Actually found 2 dresses and a pair of shoes. Finally a dress that covers and is still sexy. Perfect 🥰. Mom of 2 I don't want to show all my business. Here I found nice comfortable and sexy clothes. Heels that had some cushion too. Pleasantly surprised.

Before going, I read the comment about bad service with returns. I also had a return (bought online). The process was simple and friendly. My only complaint is the men's section is pretty small

Just there yesterday and it was very busy. Was at the checkout with a beautiful gal helping me check out. Long brown hair said she was a social worker. Well if she wasn't the nicest person ! Took the time to talk to me, loved my little backpack in yellow.
Just overall i could tell she was caring and very genuine. Loved her ! I will go back hopefully just to talk to her !

Excellent Customer Service; my return was a piece of cake!!
At this particular visit, I had a return of over $315 worth of various items. When I first walked inside and over to the checkout line, I didn’t even have to wait 30 seconds. The man at the register had a big smile on his face while he greeted me. From start to finish, he was a total gentleman, perfectly respectful and very kind.
The return process itself was the absolute quickest and easiest I’ve EVER experienced, and I didn’t even have to get out my credit card or anything!! I was in and out in less than 3 minutes!!
This man could write the book on customer service. (I think we can all agree that there has been a decline in proper customer service as it has deteriorated over the past few years). I’ve had horrible experiences recently at more than one kind of store. So this really did stand out as exemplary service and it was like a dream come true. Thank you for making it so EASY at your store!

When I went in a couple weeks ago I was greeting by this young gentleman in the women’s shoes department and he helped me find a pair of shoes that had a missing pair. I was amazed with all of the deals they had going on at the time too.The store was nice and spaced out, definitely will be coming back.

I've never shopped for anything more than jewelry but there's a great selection.

Fun place to shop and browse. Never know what you might find. Great place for nice shoes and boots.

I love coming here! The employees are always so nice. The clothes, shoes, and bags often high quality, but deeply discounted. Store always looks clean & tidy. Always something new. I was having a bad day and this store & its employees totally cheered me up. Thank you guys!!!

As far as the new style of "department stores" go, this one is fun. Update 06/05/22. $75.00 spent on a t-shirt dress and a mens dress shirt. The bag they shoved it into was the size of a gallon zip top bag. I was not happy.

Love this store. Name brands and exceptional values. Amazed at the amount of shoes in this store! Especially in sizes higher than 10 for women's. I'm a 10.5 so its typically hard to find shoes. But I've purchased many from here. Very clean store and friendly staff.

On November 15 I bought a Spyder winter ski jacket at the Nordstrom rack in Woodbury. A few days ago the zipper had broken on the jacket, although I thought it was an exceptional value at $120 I felt like the zipper should not have broke under normal conditions after two months. I had read the policy online for returns and exchanges and pretty much knew that I was out of luck because the clothing need to be new with tags attached in this clearly wasn’t the case.I had read the policy online for returns and exchanges and pretty much had knew that I was out of luck. I went in on Friday, 17 January and explained my situation to the lady behind the counter and asked what my options were if anything. She looked up the receipt that I had on my phone and she offered in exchange. Perhaps she saw that we were a credit card member and rewards member and the amount that we have purchased over the past two years at Nordstrom rack and made that decision based on that but whatever the case, the customer service was exceptional and we will continue to shop there because of these reasons.

What a treat. After trying all day to get my boots return free by mail. she was knowledgeable, friendly, and FAST! Thank you JENNIFER R. for a smooth experience.see you again.

I had a bit of a shopping spree at Nordstrom Rack recently and realized that there was some trouble with my Nordy Club membership.

I called the 1-800 customer service number and spent about 40 minutes being told a variety of things that didn't make sense before the phone bank representative transferred me directly to the store as a last resort.

The supervisor who answered the phone at this location -Joel- was immediately helpful. Joel made it clear that Nordstrom Rack values their customers and respects their time. Joel resolved my issue quickly and made the experience as convenient to me as possible.

During one of my previous visits another employee did a wonderful job in tracking down the perfect pair of shoes at a different Nordstrom Rack store.

The excellent customer service I've experienced here has been consistent and I highly recommend this location as well as the Nordstrom Rack app.

I look forward to shopping again soon!!
