I love books, and I'm so glad we still have a local bookstore. My only complaint would be that the store isn't big enough to hold a larger selection. They have a BN Cafe hosted by Starbucks inside, including a seating area that fits in nicely in a book store.

I was looking for a specific book and it was not in the section I expected. Then I found a worker to help look up where it was located (a special display).
Also I was delighted to get cheesecake to go from the cafe.
I do wish they would start selling birthday and greeting cards here.

The store was clean, the people working were wonderful and nice, and it was organized really well! The cafe was delicious and the ladies working had amazing customer service! I will be going back 😊

Excellent service as usual. I put a book on hold, and when I got there, I realized it was not the edition I wanted. The associate got me the correct copy and quickly made the exchange. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

My goodness! Everyone waived when I walked in, very clean and the cafe was very cozy. ❤

Huge variety of books and the sales rep was my personal therapist for a short time, while multitasking with four other people and helping me figure out how to help a family member with something’s going on in their life currently.
She never left until she knew I knew where I wanted to be in the bookstore.

This bookstore reminds me of a wholesome time in the world when people from all walks of life can come together and celebrate books, life and friendships through communication and sharing space.

When you purchase a book you want to read make sure it’s in a place where the sales reps treat you with dignity and the environment is happy!

Love coming here to get work done! You know… as I sat down to write this I realized I wanted to drive over there right now. The coffee bar is always humming and the vibes are great. Y’all will see me in 10 min.

They had my current 2 favorite authors (sci-fi) in store and in my preferred "trade-size". Bought 3 books! We signed up for the new rewards program. The cafe is a little pricey but the rewards program can help off-set it a bit. Hannah was great!

Awesome shop, the exposed rafters gives this quaint Barnes and Nobles a unique vibe and the Starbucks, although unaffiliated, has clean white marble counters. Service is fast and friendly. Don’t expect to use your Starbucks card here though.

Found gifts for our young niece quickly. I love that there are sections of Lego's and Games as well as books now. I'll return!

this is by far one of my favorite barnes and nobles ! i came here with a friend and we were in here for much longer than we thought! the staff is super welcoming, kind, and always have great book recommendations! the starbucks bakery in this barnes and nobles is delightful as well and the cookies were amazing! there’s a table of mystery books wrapped in paper that’s been decorated by the staff that contain brief descriptions (i wouldn’t call it a description. they’re hilarious). i ended up picking “can i axe you a question?”

Very clean, quiet and had even more options and books/toys and Lego sets than any other B&N I've seen.

Visited this location yesterday for the 50% off all hardcover books in store. This is a great location beside other essential shops, and offers more parking than the previous location that I grew up with. The store was packed, but the employees were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. One bookseller, whose name I forget, offered to help me place an order for the books that I couldn't find. Again, super busy time to go, but she still gave me that individual help/assistance. Really fantastic customer service.

Do not interpret me saying "They were out of the books I wanted" as meaning that they don't have a great selection, because they do. Again, I just went at the busiest possible time. The store is massive and well-curated, with some robust genre collections. Great place for mysteries/thrillers and YA.

A very unique and different kind of Barnes and Noble vibe. Had all the books you would be looking for. Had a great selection of local authors / local topics. Would recommend to check out sometime and get a different type of bookstore vibe.

They are quite, clean, friendly and always have had just what I even wasn't looking for.

This is my happy place. They have an amazing selection of books, gifts & lots of fun, random stuff! Excellent customer service, great coffee and specialty tea's in a lovely tin for purchase. I enjoy looking at everything in the store. It's my adult field trip, LOL.

Great store and some of the nicest book seller's around.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The Cafe is a great place to sit quietly and read and sip coffee. There are several outlets and USB ports throughout.

The book recommendations posted by staff are also a really great touch for those of us that have already gone through the standard reading list.

It's always nice to find everything I was looking for, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
