I made an appointment for my wife's vehicle for a tire rotation and oil change, I met her there as she had our children riding along. When I walked in the store, Marilyn was so friendly and having some fun with the kids. I asked if they could do an oil change on my vehicle and the answer was yes. Super convenient we could knock out both at the same time while keeping the kids entertained. Will be back!

Every time we have vehicle trouble, we call Tires Plus. They're a great team, from walking in the door to picking up the fixed vehicle. They are professional and explain every needed repair & why. We've had mostly flat tires, loose heat shield, loose skid plate. We've also had brake work, steering wheel work.... having 3 vehicles in the family we like to go to a repair shop that knows us & our vehicles. We appreciate Tires Plus.

The staff was very, very accommodating to me as I had just pulled in to inquire about a light that had come on in my car. I always get panicky when this happens because it usually indicates something really bad. They got me in right away to fix the issue which was very, very minor.

We stopped in with a blown tire. Even though they don't stock our tire and were unable to repair it, the manager was amazing. He aired up our temporary donut and was really friendly. Highly recommended.

We were on our way home and got a flat tire about an hour from home. Mark was able to get us in right away and get us a new tire. He was super understanding and great to work with. Definitely recommend.

They are fast, they do a good job and the price is very reasonable.

The service is fast and the manager ensures you receive excellent service and will take care of it himself if needed. He's very friendly and upbeat and makes sure to support his employees while ensuring the customers are happy at the same time. He goes above and beyond what is expected.

I go to this spot for all my car maintenance and check ups. They are honest and efficient! Reasonable prices and patient staff. They have taken great care of my cars and have kept my vehicles in tip-top shape over the years. Ask for Justin, he is a reliable mechanic who stands behind his work! I highly recommend.

Always found this store to be decent with a wide range of tires to fit your budget, there is always online coupons that they will honor as well. Takes longer than I would like to get the service performed but it is what it is. Good none the less IMO

Had a flat at 1pm. They patched it up by same day closing. Very friendly staff! About $30 for a patch.

I had a new battery installed in my Dodge Journey today, and Tires Plus did an excellent job. Dodge did not make the Journey with battery replacement in mind! This is my 3rd battery in 12 years – I know how difficult it is – and they were phenomenal! Store Manager Justin Yanz had a great crew working today (on a SUNDAY, no less). Technician Colin worked through the difficult exchange while Service Advisor Sasha patiently answered all of my questions. I need significant suspension work done that has been pending for a long time. My teenage son will be driving soon and I want this car to be in tip top shape. With the cost of used cars being through the roof right now, I am weighing my options for fixing this one up. They did a complete (and very thorough) vehicle inspection, identified a number of things I already knew to be needed, discussed the issues, explained options – helped me to prioritize the list of services needed, patiently searched her system trying to find cost saving options, explained financing options (if I wanted, didn't push it), discounts, and all while occasionally stepping out into the service bay to assist Colin, when needed. She was never pushy, nor did she try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. In fact, other than the battery and the inspection, all she did was politely share her findings, worked though the solutions, prepared quotes, printed them off for me … and left me feeling comfortable that this is a place to trust in the future.

There was an issue getting the battery out, working in tight quarters, rusted connectors – they worked through it all, saved having to get a new battery cable which would have been a real problem on a Sunday (showed me the parts that were causing the issues). It took a little more than the hour they thought it would take (but it’s my third battery, and I expected more). They earned every dollar and probably could have charged me more, but they didn’t - - - and THAT is why I will be back! I would highly recommend Tires Plus in Germantown!

Called to get a price on tires but only needed two, and they didn't try and sell me 4 tires. They were helpful in suggesting that I look on-line for the tires I already have, as Tires Plus was unable to get them because they are discontinued. The staff is super friendly and the service was quick and affordable for mount, balance and rotate for the tires I purchased on-line. I will return again!

We have been taking our cars here for over 10 years. I am not one who normally trusts many service places. Year after year we have been pleased with the service, cost, and honesty of the staff here. Any place you go is capable of a bad day form time to time. This store has a track record for our family of being one of the best places to service our vehicles. Highly recommended!

Patrick and the rest of the staff here were incredibly helpful, and allowed me to come in a couple minutes after close, to get my vehicle so that I wouldn’t have to wait until the next day. They all are very gracious and helpful in getting the correct service done and done right. Highly recommend.

Having experienced a flat tire on Interstate 41, on a very busy Saturday Afternoon, near Germantown, I needed to contact someone who had a tire in-stock, and was able to install the tire on very short notice. While waiting for Roadside Assistance, I contacted Sheila at Tires Plus on Appleton Ave. She was very efficient, customer service orientated, and made me feel at ease that my tire issue would be resolved with no problem! They all made it happen! Great Customer Service at a great price! Thanks Tires Plus!

Customer service is alive and well at Tires Plus. Shout out to Patrick Hackett. Polite, competitive, got me in the next day for the installation of 4 tires. Patiently explained my options and based on his knowledge. I was able to make a purchase with confidence. He even remembered my name, when I walked in the next day. I have 42 yrs in the service Industry and wow, how refreshing to know there are people like Patrick, still around. He should be training corporately!!!!

Patrick was able to squeeze me in on short notice Sunday July 5th for a flat tire. He was swamped and multi-tasking all while remaining courteous and efficient. He made each customer feel important. He had me back on the road in a couple of hours when another location couldn't get me in for 3 more days. He is a life saver. Excellent customer service!!!

Quick, honest, and Friendly team! Management are rock stars! Techs brought to my attention what was recommended right away and what i could hold off on which is great! Store Manager welcomed me with open arms when i walked into the door. It was almost like he knew me for years! Nothing but great things to say about this place. Highly recommended!

This is the best service I have had at a tire shop I have experienced in years!!! It takes alot to impress me let alone enough to write a review. Your search is over if you're looking for a no BS, professional, family oriented, honest place you can trust. I had a bad experience 2weeks ago with there competitor who let me drive off with wheels out of balance. When I called them and told them somthing was off they said there was no way and swore there equipment was top of the line and could never mess up. Realizing they were untrustworthy and unwilling to help me I chose to go someplace else. I told Tire Plus my situation and they got me in as soon as possible. Not only did they find my alignment way off but they also confirmed that my wheel balance was also way off. Idk about you but I prefer quality work over getting in and out fast. Not only did they make everything 0 out meaning perfect balance and alignment. They also got me in and out during a reasonable time!!! It is hard these days to find trust worthy high quality shops. This place is the Holly Grail!!!! DO YOU'RE, YOUR POCKET BOOK/ WALLET, AND CAR A FAVOR!!! This location is perfect!!!!
