Just bought a Toyota minivan from Jeff and couldn’t be happier, I am immensely satisfied with the sales and service provided would 100% purchase a vehicle from them again.

Shopped around for a van for a few months and had the best experience here! The sales lady we worked with was so welcoming and kind and the owner we met once we purchased the vehicle was amazing as well! We left feeling very happy and sure we purchased a great vehicle. Not one negative thing to say. We love our new van!

Jim O'Connor Select Auto is one of the best dealers in the area. The office is super clean and the staff is amazing. They are super friendly and will help you with any of your needs and will answer any question or concern you have. I just bought my first ever car from them and I never thought my experience would be this great. They helped me through everything and explained everything I signed, and they even let me take the cars to my mechanic to have it looked at. I don't think I could get the car buying experience and process better anywhere else.

Visit several other auto lots looking for a decent used vehicle. Hounded by staff immediately… Stopped at Jim O’Connor Select Auto and had the opposite experience. We were able to look and inspect the vehicle without being hassled. When we decided to inquire about the vehicle, Geoff let us take the vehicle for the afternoon to make sure it fit our family needs. We traded in a vehicle and purchased the new to use Explorer in under 40 minutes. Best car buying experience I’ve had hands down. Shop local buy local. We will be buying from them again.

Honestly I can say I’ve never had a better car shopping experience there is absolutely no pressure from the staff while looking or even purchasing our car they walked us through all of our options and took the time to explain things to us. I don’t think I’ll buy a car from anywhere else. Laura was just absolutely amazing we loved our experience will be going back when we need another car

I've had my Chevy Equinox for slightly over two months and I think that I've had the vehicle long enough to make a valid review.
I had seen a reasonably-priced 2017 Chevy Equinox ad on Select Auto website, but the vehicle had a much higher than average mileage. Upon arriving at Select Auto one morning, I met Laura at her desk. I liked the fact that Laura was very candid with me regarding the mileage. She didn't try to beat about the bush or pressure me to close the deal.
Then, on the day I went to pick up the vehicle, I was served by a charming gentleman with the most difficult name north of Chicago: Milo Schimmelpfennig . Laura had made sure that Milo had all the paperwork set because she was away, and Milo himself had the vehicle cleaned and gassed up full tank! Not only that, they also made me comfortable with simple gestures like a simple smile here and a refreshment there. All the crew at Select Auto are awesome: Laura, Geof, Paul, Milo and everyone there.. I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend Jim O'Connor Select Auto to anyone needing a vehicle.

This is a little late but I purchased my truck from here in January. I met with Geoff and he provided the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The truck was ready to go for a test ride when I arrived and there was no pressure. From there Geoff worked to get me the best financing he could. We went a few times to browse the lot at at no point did we ever feel pressured, and there is a good variety of styles, years and prices so we were quickly able to find a car that was the right fit. My wife and I stopped there to look at a Toyota Tacoma on Saturday at 4:30. Half an hour before they close.geoff took the time to talk numbers, even though it was almost time to go home. The following Monday, I drove home in the Toyota Tacoma. This is a place I would recommend to anybody for a high-quality used vehicle no pressure sales. Really worth the trip for a great deal on a used vehicle. Five stars all the way.

Took my car there yesterday to have the engine and everything under the hood detailed due to a failed oil change at a different company. They did such an amazing job! Everything is normal again. Shiny and brand new. No more oil all over. They even took care of the oil that splattered on my windshield and outside part of the hood. The service was just impeccable and I highly recommend them not only for service needs but also if you're in the market for buying a car. 😁 Thank you!!!

I recently purchased a car from them and they were very helpful and kind. Mark who primarily helped me wasn’t like a typical car salesman trying to haggle you and force you into something. they were patient and gave me all the options i needed. I appreciated that i was able to look at the car myself without someone breathing down my neck. They are very laid back and even filled the tank up for me which not a lot of places do. I’d say 10/10 no questions.
