I love coming here. The atmosphere is soooo nice and refreshing! My favorite associate is named John Johnson. I believe he is a manager there. He deserves a raise or a promotion for how sweet and professional he was. I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Liz and her manager Matt were so wonderful! Liz made the whole phone buying, plan changing, first-phone-for-a-kid process SO easy and even fun! And Matt gave us a great deal. I left with so much less anxiety because she took the time to explore options, listen to my questions and explain things. Truly, so helpful and pretty quick too.

Came in for a screen protector that cracked. They were short handed that day but were very responsive in getting me in an out quickly.

Most professional and helpful customer experience I ever had in my entire life. I came in for a trade-in promotion for adding a new line to the post paid account. We wanted to keep our numbers as we used it for several years now, so this number is pretty important to us. At first, they tried to convince us to change our numbers since our previous account was a pre-paid account and transferring to a post-paid account involves changing numbers. No no, they did not take the simple route since we adamantly wanted to keep our phone number that we used for years. In short, the process to swap from pre-paid to post-paid and keep our original numbers took many hours. I am not complaining about how long that process took, but rather how dedicated and professional they stayed to help us out sort the situation out. They never gotten angry at us nor told us off to call AT&T customer care, they helped us through the process step by step till we got it done. Shout-out to Corey H. who works there! He is amazing, and definitely deserves a raise after what we put him through.

After going in 2 separate times in the same week, there was a suoer nice sales girl that helped me and she was able to address my issue and fix everything for me in about half an hour. She was super sweet and friendly and helpful. Wish I had got her the first time so I didn't have to go back 2 days later.

Amazing customer service! Liz helped us and was the absolute sweetest employee. Such a great atmosphere, the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and care about the customers.

When I first got there I was greeted at the door by your employee and he was extremely helpful even helped me get out of a super expensive plan I had with Verizon and saved me over 100$ dollars a month by switching to att and upgrading my fiancé and Is phone. Berry happy with his service and would highly recommend him. The whole staff there was very helpful

I came into the store to hear about any deals that AT&T may be offering because I was possibly thinking of switching phone carriers. I was greeted the moment I walked in and my wait time was only a couple of minutes. The technician (Ralph) that helped me was wonderful. He answered all my questions and even informed me of discounts for Registered Nurses. I immediately accepted a deal and switched to AT&T. The service has been phenomenal. Keep up the good work!

The AT&T rep greeted me immediately, ask my needs, found two options of 12 Volt chargers chose the one I liked paid and left.

Corey from ATT on Erie Blvd is very knowledgeable polite and helpful he and his manager weee able to help me with my issues/account they took the time to go over my whole account and even saved me money and upgraded a few items as well

Zachary was extremely helpful during my daughter's phone upgrade. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and was patient while answering our many questions. Zack was very helpful in helping us select our phones and explaining the shipping and trading in of one of the phones. He helped transfer over the contacts and explained using smart switch for the rest if the transfer. He let us know about a deal going on with cases and explained all charges. Very friendly and joked around with us. Pleasant experience!!!
