Excellent customer service, very helpful and patient, as my son was picking his birthday balloons

I absolutely love this store! They have everything- party speaking- here. Any type of balloons and you can order ahead of time and set a time to pickup. In the normal balloons they'll even ask if you want a different kind of helium to last longer. Always friendly and asking if you need anything. The store is easy to find and so are the things inside of it. I've planned many different parties. Ex) Glow parties, baby showers, a Hollywood glam party, 3 of my sons birthday parties, a birthday party for my fiance, costumes for Halloween, a Halloween party. I have pictures of just a few.

There was an amazing lady working when. I went in her name was Makalia. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Thanks Makalia your doing an awesome job!!! See you for my next event.

Had a very nice young woman take an extra few minutes to put my balloons into a lovely arrangement. It wasn't asked for, and she likely thought nothing of it, but it was clear she actually enjoys her job. It's nice to see that these days.

Great Service and Staff Very Helpful

Everyone was super helpful in ordering balloons and getting them delivered for a party. We are from out of town and visiting for graduation. Really appreciated the extra help from the employees.

They have a variety of things for every occasion/Event. They carry different themes and colors,as well as color shades. Their prices vary by single items and packages. The place is very clean and well organized by events, colors,and items for the event. Their isles are huge giving space for wheelchair customers. The staff is helpful and friendly. If memory serves,they will order items if they are not enough in the store,or if items are missing from their shelves. I would recommend this place for all Events.

Huge variety of items with decent price, whenever I can't find an item elsewhere, this is my go-to, and I found exactly what I was looking for, love it!

Sales help found items needed and was able to recommend other items for the party too.

For a hectic time of year, the store was clean, staff were friendly, found what I was looking for with no problem 🥰

The girl at the desk was able to make our day with our request. She was the only register open and doing a lot low staff in store!

A great place to shop for costumes and taking your children to get items for birthday parties or events. They have a really great selection of costumes and candy and decorations.

You can find just about anything you need for a party and they lots of things to choose from well worth the ride Sugo and check them out
