It has always been a dream of mine to own a camper and my father and I have never missed going to see the Campers at the New York State Fair and thanks to Ramon Tosca and his team at Camping World one of my dreams came true we were greeted as soon as we entered we were catered to tremendously Matt r asked me what I was looking for and what I was interested in and thanks to a wonderful team of people the camper is now in my driveway I'd like to thank everyone that helped out down the line all the way down to Melissa in customer service where we were handed the keys for the camper. We bought our first brand new camper this past March, our salesman Rob was very good even being We were his first sale. The service from beginning to end was good and so far we've been on 5 trips and the Coleman toy hauler is great for our every need.

Very satisfied with Shane in sales, the technician who described coach operation, and with the clear explanations provided by the finance manager. The Thor Freedom Elite 19R, with so much off-grid solar capability, easy maneuverability and up-to-date safety features should sell like hotcakes in 2024.

They were very nice to get me in and fix my broken down vehicle. It wasn’t cheap, but they did quality work. All the employees, especially Melissa and the shop Forman provided very good service.

I recently purchased a travel trailer. I drove 6 hours from Massachusetts and my experience was well worth the drive. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Tom Farrance was my initial contact and he was great. If you want a great salesperson ask for Tom.
I purchased an 18' travel trailer which is my first upgrade from a pop up. When I decide to "go bigger" I'll happily take the ride to Syracuse.
Mike the Sales manager was also very helpful.

I couldn't be happier. I took the Travel Trailer on its first road trip to Richmond Raceway for the NASCAR Weekend and everything was perfect. Before I left I installed a Weight Distribution Hitch with a sway bar control and it made a HUGE difference.

Update 09-25-2019
Purchased a cargo tray for the generator. Everyone who has a TT should have one and the installation was not difficult. Purchased on line through Camping World. The were $40 less than etrailer for the same item. Don’t gamble with a rear bumper Cargo Carrier. A friend of mine did and it didn’t hold the additional weight. He was lucky it didn’t happen on the highways.

I know nothing about camping at all and Shane Wheeler was able to explain everything to me very easily and answered all of my questions! I would recommend anyone in the market for a camper to work with Shane!!

We got stranded in Syracuse with our RV and had to have repairs made while we returned to our home in Florida. Steven Miller and his team took really good care of us and kept us well informed and did a great job with our RV. We truly appreciate their help, empathy and support in handling our situation.

When making a purchase my wife and I are the type of people who ask A LOT of questions, especially when it comes to a large commitment like a motorhome. Shane helped answer all of our questions and was in constant communication with us. I had several necessary boxes that need to be checked and not only did Shane check them for us, but would often send pictures to update us on how things were coming along. When it came time to talk numbers it took some negotiating but Keith delivered a desirable interest rate and term for our financing. When it came time to sign our documents Kelly made the process enjoyable and fun. We ended up purchasing our 2016 Coachmen Freelander 26RS from Camping world Syracuse and couldnt be happier.
