Best Buy

I stopped in to Best Buy to get a replacement screen protector for my phone. I was very happy with the employee Carlos he knew what he was doing was very polite and dealt with myself in another customer at the same time leaving no one unintended. I like that they return the screen protector and you don't have to do it yourself and pay for shipping....

This is the first Best Buy that I got to visit since I moved from CA to NY. My first impression was that the young lady right when you come in was super helpful and very knowledgeable regarding her job. Felt like I was in good hands, looked around a bit and everything seemed to be in stock, and they had the latest tech. But the number one compliment I would like to share was the staff was so polite and caring. Definitely will be back for more tech.

Best! And they meant it, just as the name states, " Best Buy." This company is the best place to shop appliances and electronics. I love the protection pland that actually works. The Geek squad team is the best. They are very responsive when you call and won't give you a heck of troubles like other firms do when you run into tech issues .Try and see, you won't get disappointed.

They were sold out of the phone options we were interested in, but the guys there helped us decide. They gave us clear ideas about the Samsung and the Pixels that you normally stock to help me decide between. Will definitely return.

I just want to say Myles is an awesome employee. I want to complain as another employee here is incredibly rude, but his professional care and friendliness was able to take the edge off. The store needs to recognize his brilliance, and learn a thing or two from him.

Got the quest 3 from here, it appeared that they were out of stock but the worker went out back to find one, great service.

they just remodeled this best buy and it looks so gorgeous and the people are very nice except that i don't love having to scan a qr code to go pick up certain items in a different part of the store. i know it's a loss prevention thing but like are security tags so useless 💔

I placed an order online and my item was available for pickup almost immediately. The locker pickup option was awesome and made for a fast and easy pickup.

Great high end audio section in the back where you can test out a bunch of different speakers and subwoofers. Also got a TV from here and it was great. This store really has a lot more than any other best buy I've been to.

Great place for all of our gadgets, recently bought pc, monitor, mouse, TV so I would say they have great deals, specially Black Friday deals are amazing.

I walked right in and spoke to one of the employees at the door and she sent me over to a different store that had exactly what I needed. She was the bridge that changed my whole experience
