Wow! Here for a conference and such an amazing experience so far.

My flight came in early, shuttle picked me up, and I waited at the restaurant over lunch for room to be ready.

They were kind enough to watch my luggage, and got me in my room early and gave me an upgrade!

This is my first night and service is impeccable. I highly recommend!

I made a comment about not wanting to walk too far around to find dinner due to the rain and not having an umbrella and the young lady working the desk gave me her umbrella to borrow!

Clean, comfortable rooms, very secure,

If I come back to Syracuse, I am absolutely staying here.

KUDOS to hotel staff!

The beds are soooo comfortable and the linens are sooo soft. I had great sleeps in there. The receptionists are great. They have a shuttle service which was great for getting around the city, but it is not 24/7. The food is a bit monotonous, so I will say its average but you have fruits. No vegetables though.
There is a washing facility within the venue, and a microwave in the lobby.

A clean, friendly hotel located in the center of Syracuse University but still quiet enough to get a good night's rest. It's even dog friendly with an awesome pet policy. A special thanks to Aryan for being helpful and accommodating during the check-in process.

We had our wedding at the Sheraton and are so pleased. It was everything we could have imagined (and more!). Aly was my event coordinator and I cannot say enough about her. From our first interaction with her to our last, she was amazing. We had several out of town guests, and Aly was so accommodating of that. She made sure we had enough hotel rooms and added more when we needed them. She never batted an eye at any requests we had and never pushed back. She guided us through the entire process offering her professional advice to help us make every decision. When our wedding day came, Aly's staff was fantastic. The banquet manager, Kevin was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly. We held our rehearsal dinner, reception, and a morning after brunch there and Kevin was fantastic the entire time. The servers were attentive to us for all 3 events, making sure our needs were met and the bartenders did everything we asked as well. Every single interaction we had with staff members from the Sheraton was positive, and they took care of everything after. When our night ended, they took everything down and stored it for us, and allowed us to keep it there until we checked out Sunday (which was not until noon). They never rushed us, and made sure to give us everything we needed. Our guests were also very pleased with them, and gave us nothing but positive feedback. We would absolutely recommend them for your wedding.

I recently heard that this property would be turned into student housing, there used to be tons of private houses that were torn down to make parking lots, the old Rosewood building was used, then they wanted to other properties, McCarthy Manor, and Toomey Abbott apartment buildings, this hotel, also housed the DMV 5-hour course, a reception for weddings and parties.

Very easy to get to. Easy to check in. Service is great. Rooms are extra clean. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are nice and soft. Can't go wrong. Nice size TV. Remote works. Bathrooms great! Has all your soap shampoos and conditioners in there for you pretty good.

The Sheraton at Syracuse was a great stay! The view to the university was beautiful. Restaurants were awesome and staff was so friendly. I left my work laptop in the room and did not realize until I got home (which was 4 hours away!). The staff located the bag right away. The lost and found manager was so unbelievable! He called me the next morning and had the bag shipped out at minimal cost and I received it in two days! He even had the laptop wrapped up even though it was in a bag of it's own. He went above and beyond! If my daughter ends up going to Syracuse University, we are definitely staying at the Sheraton when we visit!!!

As posted on Tripadvisor: Our first visit to drop our son for his freshman year to Syracuse. Hotel right on campus, with parking (we drove from NYC), lovely and very helpful staff, excellent food served in the restaurant. Lovely vibe in the bar with parents and music/ambience, etc. It’s not the most modern hotel and dated but in a good way, if that makes sense. We loved it! Staff makes a difference in all hotels, and the hotel has a great team.

The Syracuse Sheraton is a great place to stay. It's at/on Syracuse University. It's near the major hospitals downtown. It's near restaurants (indeed, it has two restaurants in the hotel). The place is well kept and has its own parking garage.

The staff is unbelievably attentive, friendly and accommodating. I left something in my room accidently but didn't notice it until I arrived at the airport. When I called the hotel to ask them to hold it for me, the shuttle driver, on her own initiative, went to my room and drove it to the airport to get it to me. All I can say is WOW!

If management reads my review, you should be aware of how exceptional your employee is I must say that all of your staff was very pleasant.

I've been to a few other hotels in Syracuse over the years. None comes even close. Now I'm giving five stars: you're not going to get the fawning and snoot you'd expect and demand from a $5,000 or more per night "joint", but you will be treated exceptionally well here. If you need the a** kissing, I don't think we can be friends. I'll stay here without you, thanks.

This place is perfect! We were right on campus, with plenty of restaurants and a few little shops nearby. Beds were super comfy, room had great views. The front desk staff were amazing. My husband left his phone behind on the train, and we got a call shortly after we checked in...the Amtrak folks and front desk tracked us down, then the Sheraton folks shuttled us back to the train station to pick up the phone. Big save!!!

I spent my whole winter break in this hotel. I really like the location because it is close to SU and many restaurants. The room is spacious, but lights are dim. Having a dinner and working out in the fitness room is a fantastic experience to me.

Stayed here while a family member was hospitalized nearby. They were kind enough to get me into my room a bit early in the morning, since I was already in the area waiting on the surgical status of my family member. Room was very comfy, well appointed, and clean. Heat worked very well, and was adjustable for my room. Beds were soft and comfy. Quiet room, with no noise from the hallway or other rooms. Ice machine in the hallway near the elevators. Restaurant and separate bar downstairs for your convenience. Microwave downstairs. Small convenience store/area downstairs with sodas, chips, etc. Well located near many restaurants and bars in the hospital area. Easy walking distance to Varsity Pizza, and other eateries. And of course, easy walking distance to all of the hospitals for visiting patients there. Free parking was offered by Sheraton, but I was parked in the Crouse hospital parking for free (ask for a slip/card that validates your parking there in the hospital lots). Pleasant, comfortable stay.

Thank you to all the staff during the our stay during the ACC field hockey tournament last week. It was great to see the concierge lounge open, and it made working and living at the hotel a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Location on university grounds is better than staying downtown, and the staff was very helpful during our stay. Glad to see that things are returning to normal.

Assistant GM Jason was outstanding with his customer service! We had an issue where our cards were pinged twice and he helped us resolve this problem immediately and gave us a discounted rate for our stay. This helped us return back home on time as well has have enough funds to travel back. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel was cozy.

The most friendliest and helpful staff by far!
Courteous throughout the hotel. Clean and.beautifully kept.
Up on Business, the conference area was well equipped with screen projectors, water on the tables- even mints!

Buffet style food was served everything was prepared well and should our company host another forum, I'd definitely attend again!

Desk Manager Kim, Driver Ernie and my event planner was very helpful and accommodating me as my flight home.was cancelled and did all they could to make sure I was worry free till I was able to find my way home--Thanks so much!!🙏

Situated at the middle, but end of the campus area. Beautiful upscale rooms , with exquisite dining. Normal water pressure was an unexpected welcome. Staff were personable and friendly. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Nice, clean (really clean)! Beds are delightful. A/C can be a little too cold in meeting rooms. Adjustable in bedrooms. Food is delicious as well. Staff is very pleasant, eager to please. Very helpful. Only downfall-although free parking in adjacent garage, you have to ride in separate elevators down to lobby to navigate over to other set of elevators to rooms. Not the worst but a tiny inconvenience. Will stay here again. Extremely convenient for Syracuse U. visitors!
