Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Clearance Center

We enjoyed our time at Raymour and Flanigan Clearance Center. We came in looking for a sofa - you had a great selection, but not exactly what we were looking for. We walked out with a chair, that works prefect in a different room from the room we needed the sofa for! We were greeted by a very polite young man, we explained we would just like to browse through the sofas, he showed us the direction, and let us browse. He came over to where we were several times, answered questions we had and directed is to a certain sofa or style. When he saw we were hovering over a chair, he came over. We were cashed out in no time. The young man at the loading dock loaded the chair into our vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and polite. We'll definitely stop in again!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jake Beaudry at Raymour and Flanigan. His extensive knowledge of furniture, stemming from attending furniture school, made the transition easy. Jake is not only a skilled salesman but also a person with a great attitude and a laid-back approach. If you need excellent service without the pushy sales tactics, Jake is your guy. I appreciate his expertise and helpfulness throughout the process.

Salesman was not at all pushy just very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed shopping there and excited about getting my new bed and mattress/box spring. Long over due in getting a new bed LOL

Absolutely love this place! Incredible deals, great furniture. Huge selection! Couches, chairs, tables, beds, rugs, tv stands, coffee tables, and more! Jack helped us and he was amazing. He gave us space to decide what we wanted and when we needed him, he was incredibly helpful, patient, funny and kind. He even stayed late so we could buy everything we wanted without rushing. Excellent experience—we’ll be back!

Was looking for a reclining couch that was not electric. There were a couple options available and we found a minor flaw with the one we chose and they discounted the price. Financing was easy. Delivery was by a 3rd party but was quick and affordable.

My husband and I really appreciated having the opportunity to wander around the store and try various loveseats without someone hovering the whole time. Our salesman was there when we had questions and once we selected the item we wanted he provided us with a quick checkout process and information to have delivery scheduled on Monday. Great experience.

We came to Raymour & Flanigan with the need for a headboard and platform frame. Our sales person Steven, listened to what we were looking for and show us a few options. We were very happy with his suggestions and made a purchase right away. Honestly, it was his listening and suggestions that made the sale. Customer service at the outlet store is outstanding and we will use the Liverpool store for our future purchases.

I stop by the clearance center a few times a month just to see what's new. I was looking for a chair for one of our spare bedrooms and found a great deal on one that matched the room perfectly. The staff there is always helpful, friendly and accomodating. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, the chair was loaded into the back of my car and I was on my way home. :)

The sales associates were fun and made shopping a pleasure. But more importantly, they were honest about the condition of some of the items since this is a clearance showroom.

We’ve stopped by twice in the last week on a mission for a bedroom set and both times we worked with Andy, the first time by chance and the second time by choice (sought him out when we got there). He’s great! Very friendly, professional and helpful. There’s a nice selection of furniture, which was surprising for a clearance center. We’ll definitely be back and will again seek Andy’s assistance.

The inventory is spectacular as are the prices. I asked for help to answer my questions and I received all the help and information that I needed. I have bought many pieces from the store throughout the years!
