Neu's Hardware Tools Paint (Neu's Building Center, Inc.)

I had a great experience here looking for a replacement hinge to a kitchen cabinet. Our house was built in the early 90s and I couldn’t find this hinge (see pics below for reference) at any of the big box stores so one of the associates at these stores directed me here. Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Their store was clean and they had a very large selection of contemporary designs as well for contractors and people building or renovating their homes. So, I actually bought two sets of these hinges in case I would need one in the future. The price was on point (no need for shipping like on line stores) and especially for the service! Thanks again Susie and Neu’s! I will definitely be back for other items as well.

I have always had great customer service here! Huge shout out to Eric and Brandon at the parts services today. They helped troubleshoot a tool of mine that was malfunctioning. Definitely went out of their way to help figure out a solution and fix the problem.

I needed to buy a lawnmower at the end of the season and went to several places to find one. My last call/visit was to Neu's. Best decision ever. Received terrific help in getting a mower that met my needs and within a price point I could afford. The help and assistance was outstanding. It was my first time at Neu's and you can be sure I will go there again. The store has fantastic. When making a major hardware store purchase ..add Neu's to your list. You will be glad you did.

Yesterday was my first time there all that I can say is this place is fantastic from the minute I got there till the minute I left I smiled ear to ear it is a man's Paradise they have everything when did no generic stop all quality I repeat all quality everything the staff treated me like I was a king it might be because I have almost the same last name as their store but I do believe they probably treat all of their customers that way Molly regret in life is that I have not been there more times and it took me this long to go there I would put it on as a vacationing hotspot

Spectacular service and with a great selection of tools and fasteners and blades. They sell most of the better brands including Milwaukee Tools and Bosch. Their annual tool sales at the end of November is a great opportunity to pick up good quality for a reasonable price. They even deliver to job sites in many cases.

The best hardware store in the greater Milwaukee area. I'm not exaggerating either. It truly is the best. Their tools, services, and hardware selection is unmatched. If you can't find it anywhere else in stock, Neus will have it. Not joking. Knowledgeable folks in all departments.

I had the best customer service today at Neu's Hardware Gallery. ~8 years ago, we built our home and the hardware came from Neu's. A door handle broke and I called to ask about replacing it. It turns out there is a lifetime warranty for the brand we had. In the 25 minutes it took for me to drive to Neu's, they pulled up our construction order, found a replacement, and had it tooled for our existing keys. I walked in the door and they handed me the new parts. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Thank you!

I really enjoy finding hardware stores like this.

Not only is this a great resource for paint and paint supplies, but it's fantastic seeing that this staff is very knowledgeable in what they do.

This hardware store is worth visiting, and I will be back.

We started using Neu's as our nail and tool supplier almost a year ago. I had been using my previous supplier since 2003. I couldn't be happier! Our rep Sam, is as good as they get.

Super kind, they waited for me for the 5 minutes I told them, I owe them a Coca Cola hehehe

I chose to get my Honda Lawnmower repaired at Neu's in Menomonee Falls, although I did not purchase it there. What a wonderful place to do business. I spoke to Drew over the phone. He instantly looked up the part, informed me of the cost, and stated the repair could be done in 2 weeks. Well to my surprise, Drew called me in 10 days and said the lawnmower was ready and the cost was about $71.00 dollars lower than expected.

I was impressed by Neu's. Their store was very clean and well organized. In fact, when I picked up the lawnmower, I remarked that it was probably not my lawnmower because it looked like a new one.

Finally, I met the owner, Mike and Jeff the mechanic who serviced my lawnmower. They were very friendly and appreciative of me as a customer. Neu's exceeded my expectations for professionalism, honesty and integrity. In my opinion, the Menomonee Falls Neu's is an iconic store that is staffed with knowledgeable and caring people.

Mark was awesome. I was at Lowe's and home depot and within 5 mins of me walking in the door he was ready to help. He helped me solve my bathroom drain issues and when I got home I was done in 10 mins. Thank you Mark and all of the great people at neu's

When you have reached the end with the big box stores, come over here to Neu's. All of the areas professionals know where to go for ALL their hardware and tool needs. Neu's is second to NONE. As a small carpentry company, we would and always do highly recommend Neu's to all of our customers as well as any and all fellow contractors!

Stopped in at the service counter , to order a part for an air gun I was repairing , All these guys are Efficient !.! And Ron , back in plumbing , has always sent me away , with whatever I needed , for all the odd stuff I repair !! Excellent Service !.!.!.!

Wow what service Alie! Looking for a hardware part that was very hard to find from the local Big Box stores, whom offered little or no help whatsoever. Alie was pleasant and easy to work with. I sent her a picture of what I needed and 10 minutes later she e-mailed me back asking how many I needed? 45 minutes later the cabinet hinge was installed with a perfect fit. Thanks Neus and the pleasant and helpful team you have!

Also stopped by the hardware store and picked up water softener salt and they helped me with getting it to my car. Also, a friendly front counter gal as well!

My first time there on Black Friday and I can't believe all the tools they have to choose from. Steve from behind the tool counter was great to work with & very knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back again and I hope Steve will be available to asist me. Actually as my son & I walked through the store, all the employees asked if we needed help without being too pushy.

I took my Dewalt chainsaw in for service, confident I would spend $150-200 to fix a $300 saw. Instead, Joe at the service desk wanted to look first. He repaired it with humble knowledge- he said another customer had the same issue- and a 24 cent washer. It wasn't a burned out/defective motor, but a bent washer binding up the chain. New washer, New life. Thanks, Joe. You, and Neu's is why I shop local.
