EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

My visit to this Best Buy was a quick walk-in to pick up my laptop that sadly could not be fixed. This meant leaving the last 10 years of photographic memories behind on my destroyed hard drive.

As I am questioning the pricey next step with DENNIS, the sales associate assisting me, he offers to take another look at my hard drive and try one more time to retrieve my photos.

Stop right here.... appreciate this 1st act of kindness.... this is a rare glimpse at what customer service should look like.

Dennis disappeared into the back for a moment and came out with a grin from ear to ear. He was able to pull the photos! This may seem silly and small, but losing the photos of our wedding or the births of our 4 children had brought an unimaginable grief to my heart.

As we're waiting for my photos to transfer I started asking simple questions about laptops - as I was now in the market for a new one. He didn't hesitate to take me over and spend the next hour finding me the perfect fit to meet the needs of our family. Dennis is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Without Dennis taking that extra look, (spending that initial 5 minutes to double check) I would have left heartbroken and empty handed.

Thank you Best Buy for hiring the right people! People like Dennis who will go the extra step.

Today we received an in-store credit when returning a microwave. The employee helped us in checking in store availability not only at this store, but also at the Mayfair store. Availability at Mayfair showed 2 in stock. We were able to purchase the item at this store and pickup at Mayfair. It worked out perfectly. The item was available for pickup when we arrived. GREAT customer service. Much appreciated.

Great experience! Ordered laptop online with wireless keyboard. Walked in, one in line, walked out with it within ten minutes. Fastest trip ever!

To be honest, I dread trips to Best Buy. It's SO BORING unless you need something and I was just tagging along... THIS Best Buy has a Pac Man console... I didn't want to hog it but WOW it sure did feel good to get a few rounds of Pac Man in. Broke up the trip nicely.

If you're looking to purchase consumer electronics, it doesn't get much better than Best Buy. They've got the connects to large brands that allows them to run deals you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Plus, if you do happen to find a better deal online/elsewhere, just bring it in-store and they will match it so long as it's legit. Support Brick&Mortar! Go see the Blue Polos; while you're there, tell Troy "Drew says 'Waddup, Dude 😎👉'".

Kyle from the Geek Squad was very helpful. He explained everything in a way that was comprehensive and gave additional advice to prevent future problems.

Whatever you are paying Troy in electronics and tvs, I promise you it’s not enough. I’d take him in my company tomorrow. I will continue to come here for his quality of customer service alone

Purchased film for my instax 8 I just bought as used and didn't know how to work. Sam, Thomas, and another guy helped me figure out how to work it!!! So awesome, always great costumer service!

Being from out of town, I was in a bind having to buy a new computer charger. When I entered the store all of the staff members provided me good guidance and ultimately the computer department staff guided me to the universal adapters and even helped me find the right one, test my laptop, and they had a great professional sense of humor. Wonderful experience! Tip of the cap to Geek Squad and the Computer sales/customer support teams. THANK YOU!

These guys were awesome, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, just purchased a 70inch smart TV, they guided me the right way + I got the geek squad to back me up if needed💪💪💪

Came in today to replace a TV I had covered under warranty. I was helped by three different gentlemen, 1 in customer service, 1 in geek squad, and then a manager. All three men were exceptional with helping me. Fantastic customer service! So friendly and helpful :) I wish I would have caught the managers name so I could call higher up to tell them how great he was. Thank you for having a great team and easing stress on an exhausted stressed out mama.

Smaller compared to other best buys. Lot of parking space amid a very quiet location. Staff are really helpful and forthcoming. Pick up was also easy and quick.

Staff at the Menomonee Falls store was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Got exactly what we needed at the best price around plus got to meet some wonderful young sales associates who all deserve pay raises for their hard work.
Additionally, the gent we spoke with from Arizona (?) On the "help" line we called thru the website for info before driving out to the store was JUST as knowledgeable & helpful. So nice to have such a great experience.

Jason was great helping me get my new Samsung Galaxy S7 FE tablet today! My husband picked up some Bose "soundglasses" (Jason's excellent personal description of the speaker sunglasses) & they're awesomely priced. He was extra helpful in his explanations & comparisons of products & prices so I could choose what I needed without overspending. He deserves a raise! His personality shines like the sun!
They're short staffed so please be patient. Ask the door guy to send someone to your area for help. It's worth waiting for help so be kind when staff finally arrive to help you. :)
