Ellen M. Higgins, FNP, RN

So I've tried to get an appointment here with Ellen Higgins for a routine physical. She was booked up for about three months, so I picked a date, went and had blood work done in advance, etc. About five hours before my appointment, I received a text saying the appt. was canceled. No explanation. I called, was put on hold for 10 minutes. Turns out Dr. Higgins is out sick. Okay, I understand that. But they were unwilling to reschedule me for ANOTHER three months. Unwilling to squeeze me in somewhere. This means my bloodwork would have to be redone. I get that doctors can be sick sometimes and am not upset about the cancellation. But this is just really bad form. And honestly, the whole operation here is fairly inept. I'll be finding a new practice ASAP.

Went for a routine physical and they also performed a hearing test which I did not request but I thought was part of the routine-it wasnt, and instead of correcting the bill they charged me for it. Beware of extra tests at this office!
