My favorite gastropub in Peekskill!! Food is excellent, beer selection was top quality, and the venue itself is cool with a good vibe. Tim was an amazing bartender, his recommendations were excellent.

MUST TRY - shishitos & green gazpacho

So glad we found this cute spot for food! Very delicious meal we had. The staff were friendly. No long wait for seats. Metered parking out front along the street.

If you are antique shopping or browsing galleries in downtown Peekskill, be sure to grab a bite at the Birdsall House. They have a pleasant outdoor beer garden, accessible through vintage iron gate.
But food is the focal point at this gastro pub! Start with a portion of smoked brisket chili, but save room. A maple burger, 3 cheese grilled cheese, or the best corned beef Reuben I have ever tasted anywhere, will leave you satisfied yet parched, so wash it all down with a brew or cider. You won't be disappointed!

Great place to enjoy a good time with friends. Great atmosphere, and fantastic selection of beer. Great food, and good service. Always find friendly staff and good times in this small place. Have been supportive of this place for years, and will continue to do so. Looking forward to more meeting and good times here. Recommended!

Came for Sunday Brunch and was not disappointed. Had mimosas and bloody Mary's along with 2 brunch specials; one with greek yougurt and the Feather Ridge Eggs with the vegatarian substitute for bacon, seitan and the other with the Chicken Liver Mousse and House-Made Sausage and Egg Sandwich. All dishes have out of this world flavor and are paired with housemade ketchup and honey mustard, and with a friendly staff to match, this is definately a must-visit in the area.

I assume they carefully selected 20 taps of craft beers including NY (City and State) breweries, and reasonably priced. Even you can have small portion of beer. That makes me try more beers though. And we had burgers and chicken sandwich (no photo) for brunch. Burger is juicy and chicken sandwich is crispy and spicy both are perfect for our appetite and delicious. Staffs are super kind and nice. I want have such a nice place in my neighborhood.

The best Cuban sandwich!!!! The Cuban is gone so I had Chicken Sandwich and it was great. They have them craft beer selection plus the best thing is Biz they bartender he is the best!!!! Luv that guy!!! Oh and they do have live music on the weekends. The Cubano is back and even better than it was before with the smoke pork and all the great condiments they put on it fantastic and they're all homemade can't go wrong there. And be sure to say hi to Biz the bartender and tell him Bruce and Joanne from California sent you You're going to love the guy. The owner just really gets with a true gastropub is he hit out of the park!! This review was paid for my Biz Hahaha.

Service was fast and good, we were outside it's pretty place. Bloody Mary and brunch were exceptional, 👌

The hamburger and French fries were amazing! Atmosphere was quiet during the time if 3pm. Bartender was right on it. BTW if you pay cash you can minus the credit card fee!

What a great brunch! Food was outstanding and service very attentive. 26 for two course and a drink.

Tonight was our first night here ..food was great..service was excellent..I forgot our waiter’s name but he was really nice and attentive. The homemade ketchup is yum! Will be back

Came here after hiking to ok Anthony's Nose. Nice outside space. Beer and alchohol selection was plentiful. They have a few vegan options. I had the Seitan Gyro which was delicious. Thenfries are amazing. Great tasting thick bbq ketchup and very flavorful mustard. Ill be coming back.

We had an appetizer and two dinners and everything was outstanding. The calamari salad appetizer was big enough to be a meal and both the swordfish was moist and cooked to perfection and the mushroom burger special was fantastic. Dont forget the hand cut fries with the homemade ketchup made just the right way. All the sauces and food were delicious. Highly recommended. I wear hearing aids so the bar atmosphere isn’t necessarily the best for me but that’s my fault for listening to music too loud for too long.

Hot spiced cider with apple brandy was so awesome. The brunch items were delicious, especially my Cinnamon French toast. The is out side seating and you can bring a dog

What an awesome, awesome spot. Needed a place that had outdoor dining, great vegan options, a solid beer list, and was dog-friendly. Birdsall House knocked it out of the park. Can only imagine how great the outdoor space must be on a Friday night in June; the food was delicious; and the beer list was outshined by their fantastic cocktails. They even let me cry at the bar a little bit when Man City won their soccer game. Biz runs a great show, and you should give Birdsall House your patronage.

If you want great food and very attentive staff, come here. I had to let the manager, Robert, know how amazing everyone was. 4 different staff members stopped by our table multiple times to ask how everything was, provided some awesome St. Patrick’s day swag for my son and wife, and the food. Wow. Can’t say enough about this place. Not our first time here but it’s no wonder you see familiar faces every time you come. Turnover seems extremely low, they’re doing something right! Best spot in Peekskill. Great patio, terrific bar food & brunch, live music some evenings, and if you're lucky, you might even catch some jazz, or a drag show! Super-friendly folks.

Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff are great and attentive. The food is amazing as well, friendly to Vegetarians
