I cannot stop at the outlets without purchasing something from this store lol. Since I'm forever purchasing from your website I just needed to get a new matching wallet for the purse I just had delivered. The quality in your merchandise is why I Keep coming back. The line took forever it definitely needed more cashiers with the size of the store. Incredible sales compared to online pricing or non outlet stores you can't beat the discounted prices.

Elaine was fantastic. She went above and beyond for me the two times I stopped in. Give that woman a raise! Everyone in the store was helpful and nice. I'm not really a designer bag type gal, but I left that store super happy!

Great Selection and friendly staff Especially Ms. Rozina who helped us navigate throughout the store. Be ready for long lines at the checkout, but it's all worth it! Enjoy Sopping :-)

This is the place to get bags. Of all the Luxury brands, this is the one where I can easily scoop up a few pieces without budget regrets. When I went back on December 2020, I found far fewer pieces but, now (July 2021) there are so many beautiful pieces to choose from. The sales are great so we picked up a few pieces for ourselves and gifts. Very happy with our purchases. We come to MK every time we get out to Woodbury Commons.

Excellent customer service! They are very helpful and friendly. I didn't need anything special but they still did a great job making me feel welcomed. This team should train people at the other retail stores. Definitely will shop there again and recommend them to everyone.

Sisters went over the top buying handbags. And the mens section is also good, as I bought some items from there.

I visited this store with my wife and sister in law. 1/2 hours later the women were feeling satisfied carrying numerous bags. I was feeling rather light headed and rather light in the pocket. Purpose of visit achieved. Please with the exceptional service and vast selection. Very satisfied.

EMILYYYYYY at the Woodbury commons outlet has the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. She gave me her honest opinion and listened to be go back and forth trying to pick out the right bag. In the end I just bought both. Thank you for the lesson. Definitely an eye opener.

Nice items although I was not able to make a purchase. But will return Monday robsee if my husband likes a particular wallet I saw for him.
