Foodtown of Cold Spring

Had items I needed prices were little steep. Better than driving 30 min to Peekskill. Tag on Carolina reapers said hot peppers. 😄

This place is great. Closest to main street and has all your needs. We bought some snacks, drinks, sushi, ice cream and fruit while we were staying there for visit.

Amazing selection for a smaller grocery store. Very much targeted at the local higher income community.

This is my hometown store that is getting better and better. They are in the process of expanding to hold even more good food items.

Stop in on a road trip for a snack. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Nice selection of healthy food. Well-stocked and employees were pleasant.

My first time today in a grocery store since the March 2020 covid-19 shutdown; I've been only shopping at farmers markets. It's great to see the local students' artwork displayed on stores front windows. The community is allowed to post flyers of events, so gives Cold Spring Foodtown the feel of the old time village grocers that was also a community hub.

This Foodtown is small but packed with fruits & veggies & organics & gluten free items & vegan items, as well as a deli counter & fresh on-site sushi chefs, & the usual stuff you find in a big grocery store - beers, coffees & teas, chips, meats, plant-based meat substitutes, all different plant & animal milks, household cleaning items, baking supplies aisle, pet aisle, Bob's Red Mills section for different flours & grain, juices, sodas, soups, frozen food aisle....., but much quicker to find things and quicker to get in & out.

Friendly staff & specialty items in jams, nut butters, breads, chocolates, cookies, smoothies, cereals, pastas, ice creams, goat/sheep/cow yoghurts & cheeses .....

Very well stocked and very helpful staff.

This store is perfect for a quick stop to pick up a few things or to get a full shopping order.
They have everything you could possibly want and at great prices too.

This little grocery store has a broader selection of quality products than many large stores. From the outside, I would never expect to find the selection of products this store offers. Great beer selection, nice chocolate selection, they stock Bread Alone sourdough, really good yogurt and milk options, lots of bottled juices, many olive oils, nice cheese/olive selection, etc etc.

Checkout staff are always friendly.

Great staff. Well stocked. A bit expensive but it's the only game in town. A staple for many elder citizens. Small sushi area is great for roll, sashimi or a platter to order.

It was a 60's style environment. It had everything I was looking for, something I have difficulty finding in the large chain stores. And the employees were quite friendly. I really enjoyed my visit!

Everything is top quality, especially the produce. The customer service is outstanding. A grocery store that's immaculate. Get their loyalty card for some real savings!

Great deli, fresh baked breads, a sushi chef, fresh veggies and fruits. A large selection of craft beers to build your own 6pack. Local honey and maple syrup + all the pantry staples. Friendly people in each department. Love it, just be prepared to fork over your money.

Small store but wide selection. We found what we needed and were on our way. Happy to find this establishment.

Very small store with a big selection. Outdated but gets the job done.

Foodtown has a great selection of food - especially gluten free and vegan options. It can be a touch on the expensive side and you might be able to find fresher produce but otherwise it is a great local supermarket.

Great selection, knowledgeable, friendly staff and an awesome Sushi Department tucked in the back corner. For anybody searching for organic and or vegan fare they have decent selection as well.
