Shane Cahill is a master of his craft. He has dealt with me (which is a huge task in itself) with complete honesty and provided a wealth of information to back it up. He was so understanding when houses wherent for me or if we changed our minds on something. During an awful storm I visited the property we where going to be closing on and there was an actual lake in the back yard. He sprung into action for us to check everything out and make sure we where informed. During this situation the main concern was flooding but his was for the safety of me and my husband since the house uses well water... we never would have thought of that ourselves. We really have been blown away with his character and work ethic. I will be referring every house hunter I meet to him and I recommend you choosing him as your realtor. It's all too often people are just ready for the easy paycheck but he works diligently (above and beyond reallly) and I can't thank him enough.

Never been more disappointed in a business transaction. Realtors have a very important job in helping people find their sanctuary. Unfortunately my experience with Venture has been very difficult and anxiety provoking: the total opposite of what coming home should feel like. Take your money and trust elsewhere.

CLAIMS TO LEAVE THE GIMMICKS ASIDE.. Then leaves off their return address and logo in mailings. Then their email address and facebook links were wrong within the mailing as well. If they can't proof their marketing material, why would I trust them with buying or selling a house?
