McDonald's

I stopped by the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich.
I have to get it without cheese due to a lactose intolerance.
The sandwich ingredients were hot and tasted freshly made.
The English muffin was too under toasted for my liking though.

Store is very clean, including restrooms, staff was quick and efficient and polite. Wish all were like this one.

The crew is amazing. I doordash here but am also a customer, I have seen on many occasions customers treating staff poorly then leaving terrible reviews. I feel for the staff. They hustle so hard some nights, and I can see how much it weighs on them when customers treat them so poorly and demand respect or kindness regardless of how they treat them. Ive spoken to the crew a few times, and when business is smooth and customers are nice they all have such a great and positive vibe. I truly enjoy coming here to eat and enjoy the funny talks with the front serving staff. I sincerely hope the owner takes into account customer behavior before taking these bad reviews to heart because I have witnessed myself the shenanigans that comes with hurtful entitled customers. I'm not sure how they expect to treat these folks so poorly, then get mad and blame them when the orders are incorrect. I mean, honestly, do you perform at your best when you're being verbally abused? Because I know I don't. Keep going guys. Yall are rock stars!

I haven't been to McDonald's in about 6 months. The food was great. Breakfast sandwich was soo good. I will be going there again soon

Drive thru was slow but the employees were very friendly and the coffee was good and hot.

The staff is great and the dinning area is always clean when I go in. I frequently visit but in the first few times they remembered and knew who I was. Places like and people like that makes you really feel welcomed when you visit

Wow! What a great McDonald's! This location on the corner of Hoosick & 15th St. has committed to provide cheeseburgers to the less fortunate folks in downtown Troy. It's wonderful to see a large corporation care about it's community and give back.. it's all due to the leadership. Thanks to Ruben and thanks to his wonderful staff for the preparation.. all the staff are so friendly! It's clear when you have a good boss, it becomes a good place to work and people care about doing a good job. Not only is the service top notch, the restaurant is much cleaner than other McDonald's I've been to in the area! Keep up the good work!

Seems like every McDonald's in this area decides their own hours, and close when they want. Not this place. I am happy that they are open and do what they do.

The woman who just took my order. And accepted my payment. Was so sweet. I wasn't having a good morning. And she literally seemed like she genuinely loved her job. She simply told me to have a blessed day at the end of our interaction and for some reason it changed my whole mood. My 16hr shift is going to be different because of her and I hope she knows it.

Staff was very friendly. Placed a mobile order so it was easier for paying. Food was hot and fresh. Sometimes it's hard with fast food to get a good meal but this one was well worth it!

With all the McDonald's in NYC, it was a pleasure stopping into a McDonald's that was clean and well lit. The staff was courteous and fast. A very pleasant change of pace

I only go here because my children can be monsters. They make me do things I don't want to do. Like go to mcDs..but it's been around for eons..fries aren't bad. So I give them a thumbs up for great fries & proper work ethic.

It was actually a pleasant experience this time was a able to pull right up to the drive-thru do my order didn't have long weeks anything like that the order was right the people that work there were seem to be in a good everything was orderly really good experience there first time in a long time the guy doing the drive-thru knows what he's doing for sure

For a McDonald's it's just perfect. The wallpaper matches the mathematical design theme of nearby RPI (university). Food was good and everything was so clean. Very fast service, and friendly too. I noted that you can order ahead. Overall, looks like a great operation.
