Jose is an outstanding salesperson. Very charming voice on the phone. His videos were excellent! He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep that he was selling me. Had the best experience with Goldstein recently! Prior to coming here, we stopped at another dealership that just felt a little uncomfortable. The minute we walked into Goldstein we were greeted, introduced to Brandon, who took some time to get to know us & our needs. 5 Star Plus! Fred (service advisor)and service tech, Keith were very good. From the minute I checked in, I felt like I was important to them. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, 53,000 miles on my Jeep Cherokee, and included their complete vehicle inspection. Loved the way that they provide a video of your vehicle inspection! Keith walked me right through all the work he was completing. Even recommended a transmission fluid change since I had over 50,000 miles on vehicle. Fred was right there to explain the work that was recommended and what the cost would be. All work was completed in less than two hours! By the way, the waiting area was very nice, clean too! Fred checked me out with the cashier and thanked me for choosing Goldstein Jeep! My new go to dealer!! Car washed too!!

Rachel, Sam and Stephen provided excellent customer service. They were all very helpful with helping find my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE, meeting all my expectations and financial needs.

I have to thank Crystal for her professionalism at making sure everything was done. It was on the later side when my vehicle repair was completed and even though their shuttle service I believe was close down for the day she sent someone to my home to pick me up. All the paperwork and everything went nice and smoothly. Kudos to you Crystal and continue with your great service!

Bought a Jeep in 2022 and a Ram in 2023. Couldn’t be happier with both experiences. Easy transactions. Good Prices. Nice people who treat you like a valued customer. There’s a reason I traveled 180 miles to buy from them. Buying a car shouldn’t be hard or annoying. These guys get it. We will be back and already referred friends.

Was ready for a new car and was looking for a Jeep. I did countless hours of research on exactly what I wanted. No dealerships had one on their lot.
When I was ready to go to a dealership thinking I had to order one, I spoke with Brandon to test one first, told him exactly what I wanted, and while I was out he did some searching. After getting back to the dealership I told him I really liked it and asked him if he found anything. To my surprise he found one that was exactly what I was looking for and would maybe be in around 2 weeks from them. I got a call the next day saying it was in! I came in, tested it again and we got to doing paperwork. The paperwork process with Brandon and his team was super easy and painless. Going to a dealership is always nerve wracking and after this experience I left feeling so confident and educated in my choice and left with zero questions unanswered! When it’s time for another vehicle I’d love to come back here.

Mike Davey was exceptionally pleasant to work with. His calm, genuine and professional demeanor made a stressful time very relaxing. Mike was not pushy but certainly knew how to work with me. My wife and I are both loving our Jeeps and we thank Mike and the entire Goldstein staff.

Sam was so helpful and responsive to all of our family’s needs! We are so thankful for the quick timeframe of getting the Jeep I’ve always wanted after losing my original Jeep in an accident. My experiences at Goldstein have been very positive since I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from them in 2021. I usually work with Spencer, who is courteous, knowledgeable, and always follows up after service appointments to make sure that all is well with my vehicle.

The sales team was GREAT. In addition to really giving us time to examine all the vehicles and debate which ones we wanted to drive and then ultimately purchase, they listened to our needs and how we needed the vehicle to support our lifestyle. AND, gosh they took care of all the registration, paperwork, insurance registration. The whole full service experience.

Our Jeep had a RRT that needed to be addressed shortly after purchasing. No big deal, because the sales department was very quick to address and was both helpful and accommodating.

The purchase of a vehicle can be quite frustrating, however the experience and service that I received from the staff at Goldstein Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Latham, NY, made it much easier for me.
The process began with selecting the vehicle on their website that had all of my desires. Damon Wells, IT Sales Person, scheduled my appointment to come into the dealership and look over the vehicle. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by Damon and then introduced to Quentin Rodriguez, Sales, and Lease Consultant. Quentin was friendly, pleasant, and patient with me because I had many questions regarding this vehicle. Both he and I went on a test drive with the vehicle to see how the car drove. It loved the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. Quentin introduced me to Kevin Scott, Sales Manager, who discussed the sales contract. Kevin was humorous, very polite, and respectful when conversing with me. Kevin introduced me to Steven Furbert, Business Manager. Stephen was compassionate, empathetic, and understanding to my concerns about the vehicle and finances. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The staff made me feel as if I were a VIP! This is why the opening statement is my experience of buying a vehicle was made easy because of the staff at Goldstein.
