Sonic Drive-In

I am basing this review after we got our food. My daughter and I went to Sonic on Thursday night (we got there around 8:00). As I tend to do with new places, I will download the app to order on the app, which is what I did. I placed the order and paid and followed the directions. I went to stall 3 and we sat for about 25 minutes. I tried calling, but no answer. I then tried to go inside, but they close the doors at 8:00, this was close to 8:30. Then a worker was walking by and I asked for help. She said she would follow up, but did not come out. So after waiting another 5 to 10 minutes, we went to the drive thru. I told the worker the situation and he was very professional and said to pull up and will take care of us. We pulled up and I saw the other worker preparing our drinks. They ended up giving us another order of chicken tenders and gave us large onion rings and drinks (instead of medium that I ordered). The food was fresh and actually the extra chicken tenders made my daughter's night, so the reason for the review. I will definitely give this location another try. They were down at least one person, so I get it.

Stopped by for lunch with the wife and kid. I have been to the location in Latham, never to the one in Troy. Place was overall very clean. There was no line, our order was spot on and no mistakes. The waiter delivered the order and repeated it (very fast) before putting it on the table. I ordered a chicago dog, tater tots, and a cherry limeade. Food was delicious and what to expect at sonic.

I use the Sonic app to place my orders, then just pick up upon arrival. Today's experience went well. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster combo. Everything was very tasty and the prices were decent.

Amani was great, she is a 1000/10, I would love to see that she gets the recognition that she deserves

My sister had never tried Sonic so I treated her to corn dogs and tater tots and a Blue Slushy. That Slushy was everything, it's safe to say we'll be going back for the summer months. The corn dogs and tots were freshly made. It was a great experience for her.

Food was quick hot an fresh staff were efficient and friendly

Food was amazing after not eating here for awhile.

Usually when I go to Sonic something is made wrong or missing an item, however this time they got my order spot on! I was shocked and surprised not to mention happy. The Troy location seems to be improving, I had stopped going to all sonics due to all the screw ups and decided to go again and I am glad I did. The staff was friendly and on point. So Kudos to them and making me want to be a customer there once again.

They have the BEST hot dogs! During covid I have been doing a lot of drive ups.really had yen for a hot dog . Tried Sonic and I was home! Super fresh roll,toppings are fresh and lots of them. The basics : sweet onions. Mustard and relish. No packetts!! Nice staff.since I wrote this I have been back several times. The quality and quantity of toppings varies with who makes it. Sometimes they are a bit sparse. Yesterday it was over the top good.

Great customer service skills, super nice morning staff. Went in they got my side order wrong but fixed it with a genuine smile, no shadows of annoyance on the servers face, down to earth. Great initative, was given a freebie grilled cheese for the minor Inconvenience

Virginia was so sweet despite me changing my order a few times and I got to meet the owner and can I say he was such a sweetheart and I like the fact he was in the trenches with his team. They really made my night and my milkshake was DELICIOUS😋✨

Love that the kitchen is separated from the dining room. Not your typical fast food experience! Had their fries for the first time today. They were really good!

We loved our first visit to Sonic! Was everything we hoped it would be. We didn’t catch the name of the friendly lady at the Troy, NY location who helped us order from the carport and even gave us some recommendations, but she was awesome and made our first visit even better!

First time eating at a sonic, the restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly . The food was good and reasonably priced . Added bonus to our experience we received free milkshakes while at the restaurant

Quick, pleasant service. Food is better quality than your everyday fast food chains: ie: BK, McD's.

Great food, fast and cheap. I absolutely love the amount of choices on the menu, especially when it comes to their frozen desserts. I was able to stop here in a pinch and I loved it. Would recommend.
