I was followed inside the store and the staff at this location made me feel so safe.. I'm near tears attempting to formulate the words how Stephanie and her team allowed me to quickly feel safe.. I would love for her to be acknowledged and compensated a gift card from corporate for her bravery. This is exactly how a community stands firm in providing quality customer service!

I just came out at your store In Menands I've shopped at a lot of family Dollars and I got to say that store is the cleanest most organized store I've ever been in any employees are super nice and willing to help you very good experience shopping

Love this store in Menands. Alot cheaper than Stewart's next door. Bread is $1.25 and laundry detergent is cheap! Go there all the time.

Great customer service. The female manager at this location is awesome and deals with the frequent rude, disrespectful, nasty customers with the best level of professional skills..
