Went in for a casual lunch and got exactly what I was looking for! The chicken wings were crispy and the bloody mary was ice cold. Service was quick and prices were totally reasonable. I'd definitely go back to try a few other things on the menu.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and dinner and drinks with 45 of our family and friends at McGreivey's and it well exceeded our expectations! The room was set up beautifully and the food was fantastic; many of our guests said they would come back for dinner since they thoroughly enjoyed their meals. And the service was amazing! From the bar and kitchen staff to the hard working ladies who worked the room. Even with a full dinner service, our guests did not want for anything. I cannot say enough good things about McGreivey's! If you haven't tried them out, you are missing a great experience.

We were a party of 4 and were seated promptly by the hostess. Our waitress took our drink order and advised us, there was a wedding party in another room and she wanted to let us know our dinners may take a few extra minutes. We ordered 2 jambalaya, fish and chips, I had sirloin steak. The meals came out in a reasonable time and we all agreed our dinners were very good. My steak was cooked as requested and I enjoyed scalloped potatoes, which is unusual to have on a menu. 4 stars for noise level due to the large party 35-40 persons, but not a big issue. We will return again .

I was there earlier in the day, not a large crowd. But the server was very friendly and attentive, and the food was great. Not a large menu, but what they had was very well prepared from wonderful ingredients.

This restaurant is one of the best in the area. The menu has something for everyone. The staff is great and the food is even better whether its lunch or dinner. They also have ample space to hold an event and assist with catering as well. The owner is one of the few owners in the area that gives back to the community.

Quite a popular place for locals, they had a Bingo Charity going when we were there. We enjoyed a sirloin steak with scampi which was abundant for 2…this was highly recommended and surely is worth the reputation.

We attended a post-memorial buffet that was delicious! A variety of food that was cooked to perfection. The presentation was on point and service was adequate.

Lovely patio seating, amazing menu-so many choices, delicious food, incredible desserts (bread pudding was the best we ever had), friendly fun staff! Great place!

Went there for dinner...OMG, food was awesome, portions are huge! Wish I took the pictures before I started to eat. But it was soooo good. I had the pollo peppe.it was absolutely delicious. The wife had the meatloaf and mashed potatoes...loved it! Their sweet potato fries are the absolute best!! I will be back again and again!!!catfish cakes were phenomenal

As an Irish Pub, I expected pub food but it was much more. The menu does feature standard pub food but it also has some creative entree selections as well as daily specials presented to us by our waitress. It was a toss up whether to get one of the delectable specials or Death Wish Pork Chop from the reg. entree menu.(Death Wish is a name of a local coffee and in this case, used as part of the prep for the chop.) My final choice was a rigatoni special made with sausage, roasted eggplant, onions and peppers in a marinara sauce. Delish! Enough for me to take 1/2 home. The table of 8 also had complimentary baskets of Irish soda bread...crisp on the outside, soft on the in. Yum.

Waitstaff was efficient and friendly. For a table of 8 our waitress had help serving our meals.

Also, be aware, a larger table has the gratuity included. Prices are standard and on par with other fine dining area restaurants.

Great outside seating area with high walls for privacy from the busy streets. It was a perfect late summer evening for dining outside. We all enjoyed the meal in the fresh air.

I can't wait to try this for a future choice for Friday night date night.

Great food and staff. They're open every day and they're open for lunch. Never had a bad meal. The menu is extensive and varied. Best French onion soup I've ever had. Highly recommend. The patio is lovely.

This was my first dining experience at McGreivey's, and it was very good. The waitress was pleasant and answered all my questions about the menu items. I had the corned beef, but next time, I'm gonna try the meatloaf. The atmosphere was great, and the menu options were plentiful. I would recommend this Irish Pub to anyone that enjoys great pub food. Try the meatloaf

What an awesome menu. I started with the Buffalo Chicken Soup a d it was as good as I thought it would be. I was thinking the Mediterranean salad with salmon but chose the Jumbalaya, that was loaded with shrimp and sausage. They have a full bar here and make several specialty drinks. The service was efficient and friendly. If you are in Waterford you have to stop here!

Delicious upscale pub food with daily dinner creations. We could eat here all week! Our waitress was A+. Good beer too.

Had one of the greatest burgers there last night it was cooked to perfection and huge for the price. My husband got the soft pretzel sticks which were out of this world.

Met some friends here for a dinner. Food and service was great! Portions were generous and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend if in the Waterford area.

Great food, we were a large party and food was delivered quickly. We were a boisterous bunch, as we hadn't seen each other in quite some time, and the servers were quite accommodating. I would definitely recommend...

Great bar and restaurant, food was fresh and very good, we'll be back for the rack of lamb. Our server, Elizabeth was perfect, spot on! Great outdoor pation!

best french onion soup perfectly done largest portion- big mozzarella sticks fantastic Shepard pie… i also ate before i took the pic, but I have ordered the same soup in like 20 places over the years. Done to perfection

Always a great meal. Quiet setting. Waitress was young, but very astute.
