Taking my 4yr old to Oconomowoc Dental has always been a great experience. They all make her feel so relaxed and special.
Today Natalie went above and beyond, making sure she was comfortable and even letting her use a few pieces of equipment to put her at ease. Thank you for everything!

They do a wonderful job on my teeth. Very attentive to details, easy-to- understand explanations and instructions, real effort and differentiation to make the process comfortable. Everyone is very professional, caring and informative. In my experience they took the utmost care in making a stressful situation more comfortable. I love that you know what the plan is for treatment, and that you are provided with an estimate so that when your appointment is finished, you are already aware of the cost.

Going to the dentist has always made me nervous but Dr. Michaels is kind and soft spoken. His staff are the best and make you feel welcome and cared for. I'll use his services again if needed.

Brought my 3.5 year old daughter in for her 3rd attempted dental visit (the other 2 attempts were not so great, not at this office either). Natalie was our hygienist, she was FANTASTIC! So patient, friendly, charismatic, which lead to my daughter sitting for the entire visit, got teeth cleaned, flossed, examined. A total 180 experience from our previous attempts. We were provided good education from both her & doctor Michaels (obviously not much needs to be said for a healthy 3.5 year olds teeth). The entire experience was so pleasant, the front office staff were also all so friendly, supportive, & quick. We got all we needed from this experience & more. Thank you Natalie for being such a stellar, 5 star, hygienist. You made our experience so positive & I am confident that we will continue to have very positive experiences at the dentist from here on out!

This was my first visit to this office. I went there for a minor dental problem that occurred over the weekend. They were willing to get me in to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Michaels was willing and prepared to handle the problem completely but respected my wishes to handle the immediate need that day and schedule the longer, permanent repair on a day that fit my schedule. I was truly appreciative of Dr. Michaels and his staff.

Dr Michael’s office is the best! The staff and accommodations are top notch. We are a family of 5 and they do great with our kids. They are as accommodating as they can be with cleanings and emergencies. HIGHLY recommend there dental services!

Initially went to the Dr. Michaels for a minor dental emergency. He evaluated the problem quickly and performed the work that was necessary without problems or rather quickly. I will be a regular patient of Dr. Michaels from now on.

Dr. Michaels has been amazing every time I need something. He’s always willing to listen to any symptoms I have and always makes quick work of any issues. They always have timely appointment openings, a friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. Even if I move away I’m positive he’ll remain my dentist.

The dental team at Oconomowoc Dental Care Center did a great job. Crystal, Alyson and Sammy are excellent care providers and Dr. Michaels is a pro who quickly and accurately diagnosed dental issues in need of follow-on care. Quotes for service were provided same day and follow-up appointments have been scheduled.

We found Dr Michael's dentistry practice far superior to what we have found elsewhere. Everyone we've come in contact with has been very professional and exceeds our expectations!

Everything was super nice and clean! The staff was all wonderful and they have really good options for those like me without insurance! I think this is the best cleaning on my teeth I've had in a long time usually the backs of my teeth are gritty when I leave from every other dentist I've tried in the area, and they where so smooth when I left here! Overall decent experience at the dentist! :)

Dr. Michaels is a very professional compassionate individual. Finally a Dentist that actually listens to you and cares and communicates by developing a good rapport with his patients. His staff is the absolute best.

Dr. Michaels and his staff are absolutely amazing. His Hygienists are great. His treatment recommendations tend to be conservative and preservative. He can do the full spectrum of treatments and procedures in house and at a very high level of proficiency. In the chair, Dr. Michaels is friendly, gentle, precise, and efficient. He can tell if I am anxious or hurting and will stop work to fix it before continuing. And his prices are reasonable! I will literally spend $1000 on round trip airfare to see him before I will go to ANY other dentist. THANK YOU!

Went in for my first root canal yesterday was nervous but they made me feel comfortable the procedure went well and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Doctor Michael did a good job.

The dental hygienist, billing, and front desk check-in staff are all pleasant and professional. I have never had a bad experience at Oconomowoc Dental Care. Dr. Michaels is the best dentist I have ever had. That says it all.
