Very bad accountants. Used them for personal accounting/tax returns. They would consistently give me incorrect information and deny their information was incorrect until I sent them links to the IRS website where the correct information was located. Made many mistakes on my returns that would have cost thousands in undue tax liability if not found. TurboTax would do a better job then these "professionals"
