JT the hospitality manager was awesome. I accidentally broke the machine and he was the sweetest and could tell he really cares about his job and the interactions he has with customers.

About three cooks in the back and they were pretty busy but everything came out fresh hot and fantastic!!! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough with tomato, honey mustard and mayo 10/10! Hash browns are always good too !!!!

I don't know who is running the night shift in the kitchen but this was my third time getting food and it was just on point perfect place to grab food for someone who lives on a third shift schedule! Keep it up!

Taking a friend to a procedure at Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, went into this Sheetz for breakfast. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Got a coffee and went to register to pay, young lady asked if I wanted anything else, I said I was going to order food and she said coffee was on the house! Young man who prepared my order overheard and told the clerk order was on the house! How great was that!! Sheetz is our go to place for gas and food when we travel. This is why!! Great store and great people! Thank you all!!

I love this sheetz. Today they had a live musician playing. The team member Caleb gets a special shout out for making great food and having an awesome amd positive attitude.

Good selection of food and snacks, gas is priced well, only thing they could improve is cleaning the counter tops where the self checkout is. Seems like they are always sticky and stained from fountain drinks.

Being from Pittsburgh, I've always loved Sheetz and was so glad to get one near me in Grandview! Still an awesome place, but it's weird how every time I fill up at this location there are bags over at least two gas pumps and people tend to park at the pumps, leave their cars at the pump and disappear into the store while other folks are trying to get gas! Wth. Probably nothing you can do about clueless customers, but it will make me go elsewhere to avoid the frustration.
