Kroger

It is a great Kroger where there are lot of various and impressive types of drink, and cooked food. The poke bowl tasted decent.

We have been to Kroger stores across the US, literally. And this has been one of the nicest ones. Nestled in a neighborhood with colonial style housing. The produce and floral layout is superb. All the departments were well stocked and kept. The bakery department had beautiful cakes.

I would like to give the BIGGEST Kudos to Envy & Eve for tag teaming on EXCEPTIONAL & OUTSTANDING Customer Service, which by the way is hard to run across anymore.!.!. Keep up the good work, being role models to your peers and for going Over & BEYOND to make sure I was able to complete my transaction.!.!. You both should be teaching orientations.!.!

I live out east and I travel to grandview's Kroger's because of the big selection of boar's lunch meat ....plus the bakery has good cheery turnovers

this is a good store to shop, they have a very good selection. I especially like the pharmacy staff. They are very helpful. I also love ❤ shopping online and using curbside pickup.

love this kroger. main downside is it gets really busy especially in fall/spring bc of osu.

Great supermarket. Prices are much better than Giant Eagle, and this location is well stocked with nice produce. Kroger is great because they have a lot of products that are their own brand. The quality of these products is just as good as a name brand but they are much less expensive. One caveat about this store...if you shop early in the morning, there are no checkers...or maybe just one. You will most likely need to do a self checkout, which is fine if you only have a few items. But if you have a cart load, the self check stands are not designed to handle that.

Nice Kroger. Has an awesome cheese selection and a great deli and meat counter. Can be very busy at times and sometimes is out of items I'm looking for after rushes. Thursday nights are a great night to shop for those looking for a less busy week night to go shopping

Very good place to shop. The employee manning the Scan Bag Go information station was extremely helpful in explaining the system and how to use it.

The employee that helped us with the build your own meal bar was great at figuring out our dietary needs and what to recommend.

This is an excellent store. Probably the best Kroger I’ve shopped. Their prices are excellent. Customer service associates are nice. I shop there almost every day and never had a bad experience. Customer service can be a terrible gig. I use the self service and it always goes quickly and the people are nice, nice nice! They have also showed good judgement when issuing a credit.

Clean and easy to navigate Kroger. I've always had good experiences with the staff here. The parking lot is large and the store never feels overcrowded. The prices are competitive, especially when compared to Giant Eagle.

My sister and I were there to see the National Championship Trophy. This store went all out to make everyone feel welcome. Free samples were given throughout the store and outside to people in line. The carnations are beautiful even after over a week. Thanks, Kroger, for making it such a fun day.

Prices are very good, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and plentiful. They keep enough employees around so that even when they get busy the lines don't take too long. And Doc in the pharmacy is the best pharmacist ever.

I was visiting my parents from out of town, when my son was hit with an allergic reaction. I went to Doc in the pharmacy with some questions about the over the counter products and he was amazing! He took the time to answer my questions completely. He was as always friendly and polite. The pharmacy at Kroger on Chambers is fantastic.

I want to shout out the Dream Team, Brian who is a cashier and Molly who bags. Together they work like a well oiled machine. They are kind and tell you encouraging things as you're checking out. Brian is a really nice guy, I go to his lane as often as I can. In and out fast in the mornings, and great customer service from the Dream Team.

This is my go-to Kroger. Everyone is super nice here! I find the prices to be better than competitors. The app they have helps a lot because it organizes your list items by the section of the store you're in. It also saves frequently purchased items. If you dedicate a little time to that on the front end, your trips are quicker and you'll have savings from not adding things you don't need. My only concern is that as it isn't a huge store, some types of produce aren't always there (scallions) and if you go at a weird time, like late at night, some items might not be fully stocked. Overall it's my favorite store still!

It is a very enjoyable shopping experience. A few of the cashiers have even remembered me and called me by name. They really put a big emphasis on customer service

Nice Kroger convenient to Upper Arlington. This Kroger is similar to many others in the area, though it does have a better cheese selection than most. The store is clean and well stocked and the employees were helpful.
