Extremely fast response, reasonable rates; the plumber was personable and did a stellar job of repairing a frozen copper pipe. Took extra time to educate me on some things regarding the plumbing. Overall, I'm glad the first company I called treated me horribly ( waterworks ) because roto-rooter couldn't be beat in my situation.

Did not charge an overtime or emergency fee and only took payment when the job was completed.

Noah came out for a pet rescue service. He was very nice and professional and ready to help. We were both perplexed because of the situation my cat was in, but we came up with a solution pretty quickly and he just overall did a great job . We were back on track in less than an hour, and the service came with a one-year warranty. Although it was our first time using this company, Michael's excellent service has turned us into new satisfied customers.

My kitchen sink drain was extremely clogged. I snaked the drain for three hours one night and I could not get it to break free. I called Roto-Rooter at 7 AM and they were able to arrive same day at 10 AM. It took Joshua only 45 minutes to completely clear the pipe out and my drain was flowing perfectly again. Noah was prompt, courteous and thorough in diagnosing and resolving our clogged sewer drain. It was a rather difficult clog but Noah took the time to make sure it was done right.
