My Silverado was having shifting issues that were caused by a faulty transmission wiring harness. This particular issue was covered under a GM special coverage bulletin. Kris, at the service desk was great and kept me informed during the entire process. The technicians were able to rectify the issue and I had my truck back in under 48 hours. I had a great experience with Darius at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet in Columbus, Ohio. I had made several on line requests about the truck I wanted and Darius reached out to me the next morning. He is the only person / dealership was willing to work me being that I was over 500 miles away. We handled everything by phone and then all the financial documents were handled via email. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for this dealership, specifically the repair shop. I bought my car from another dealership and a few months in discovered quite a few problems. After returning there, they told me they were unable to help. I brought my car to Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet, where they immediately took me in and found the issues. Kris, at the repair shop, remained in contact with me throughout. I was up-to-date on all the issues with the car as well as what the repairs would cost. My car was treated very well, as was I. I bring my car back here to Kris every time there’s a new issue, and it is handled timely and impressively. This past time dropping off my car, I was ready to Uber to work. But instead, they shuttled me! The man driving the shuttle, John, was great. I don’t see myself taking my car anywhere else, and next time I need a car it will be from here. I have had an amazing experience with Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet. I got a 20-24 Chevy Trax and I love it. My car text me and told me it was time for an oil change.. amazing.. I'm not very tech suave but it was amazingly easy to set up an appointment and they give you quite a few different options So it's easy for you to pick which one works for you? I took my car and that was even easier than setting up the appointment pretty quick too. I was very happy with going and getting my oil change.. they made it to where it was very painless.. I definitely tell all my friends and family to go there..
