Big Lots

As far as I'm concerned Big Lots is a 5 star retailer because they either meet or exceed expectations, they claim to have very low prices, that's true, they claim they have a user friendly customer interface for online shopping , that's true, they deliver or you can pick up in store, that's true.. I base this info I've given to you on a 40 year business to customer relationship.

The store is super big. Also it's super clean and very well organized. Employees r very much helpful and friendly.

Excellent selection right now for Holloween decor and other ‘spooky’ items — summer clearance items are mostly 75% off. Very organized and clean store. Efficient check-out. Highly recommend.

Top shelf all the way. Not only does this place have e v e r y t h i n g.... from couches and air fryers and cast iron skillets, to baked beans and tortillas and trail mix and peanut butter and Palmolive and paper plates and potato chips and pancake mix and patio furniture, I mean everything, but also the employees are great. If you need help you got it, but I wasn't pestered at all as I browsed around with my little basket growing heavier and heavier. Then, they signed me up for a loyalty card and I received 10 bucks off that trip. I'm thoroughly impressed, my only regret is that I didn't know about this store until last week. Like the terminator said, " I'll be back...." Big Lots on 5th gets an A+ in my book. Yes, I have a book....

As a local patron if the store, the selection is valid and the products are certified. The pricing is also just as decent! Just make sure you get you one of those Big Lots Credit Cards early, as well as a membership. Those employees will smile and "Hello!" their way into your brain if you don't. And the credit cards are actually worth it to those who can use it and and need it. I've bought a decent amount of products for my living room. Check it out if you're on 5TH AVE.

We had multiple staff people ask if we were finding what we were looking for, willing to help us search for products, telling us when new shipments were due to come in (for the stock that was depleted), and patient with us as we unloaded our cart into their tiny checkout counter at the end. The checkout lady was very quick too! They had plenty of their "usual" stock, a few things we didn't expect to find there- like hydrogen peroxide- and all of the staff (plus at least half of the customers) were wearing masks and keeping their distance! ^_^

Not the Big Lots I remember. Nice clean store, friendly staff. We needed an inexpensive (but nice) Christmas tree for our vacation cottage and with help of a sales associate named "Devin" we were able to quickly and affordably get what we needed. Devin's fun personality and eagerness to help is what will keep us coming back.

I love Big Lots and this is the store I shop the most often. Clean and orangized shelves with good buys. The manager, Tori, is one of the nicest people to talk to along with her being very helpful.

Newer store so it's nice, clean and we'll organized. Great selection of home goods, including furniture. I go for the ever changing selection of food. If you're gluten free or organic then you'll find some great deals here.

When I think of Big Lots I naturally think of the old, run down location in Maysville, Kentucky from where I grew up. Other locations I've visited were really similar to that one and just dirty, unorganized, and with a staff that isn't very personable.

Walking into this location I had a pretty bad opinion of Big Lots in general. This store was very clean, well laid out, and the cashier had an amazing personality. This is by far the nicest Big Lots I've ever visited.

It's vary spacious and nicely laid out store. The isles where all easy to maneuver and they have bathrooms in the back corner. The staff was helpful in making sure the prices where correct when asked. It's a great location and wasn't too busy during my visit.

If you have the time to look, you can find some great deals here. Their pet items are reasonably priced. There is new furniture available at a variety of prices. Certain days offer loyalty card members 20% off (Saturdays).

Picked up some furniture in store. Our bed frame was missing a few pieces during assembly. We called and spoke with Doug, the furniture manager. He immediately stepped into action and brought us the missing pieces. Amazing costumer service. We really appreciate his time and effort. Will be returning for any future purchaes. Thank you!!

While I definitely miss the Giant Eagle store that had been at this location for many years, I have visited this Big Lots store twice when I had been in this neighborhood for other reasons.

I do not drive so I am glad that there is a Big Lots store to which I can travel via public transportation.

Most of the items that I regularly purchase are not available at this Big Lots store; however, during my most recent visit, I found Scotch-Brite long-handled cleaning brushes -- that I had never before seen anywhere else -- that I have learned are absolutely wonderful for reaching hard-to-clean areas in my apartment.

Every few months, I plan to visit this Big Lots store and very methodically go up and down each aisle because of the possibility that I will see other items, unavailable elsewhere, that will end up being useful in my day-to-day life.
