I was looking to trade in my old 2013 Dodge for a gently used Honda, and Peter Taylor at Lindsay Honda ended up helping me to trade in my old car for a reasonable price, and lease a brand new 2024 Honda Civic Sport for an even lower monthly payment than I would’ve had for a used car! After being involved in an accident in early December 2023, We knew he wanted to come here to purchase another Honda to replace them when that was totaled out.

My husband and I decided to go in early on a Saturday right before the holiday in order to get ourselves situated in a new vehicle since we have been without our own car for 3 weeks at this point. At first I called in and spoke with Brian Penn who was absolutely fantastic and answering any of the questions we had prior to coming in. He made us feel at ease and was extremely pleasant and very friendly over the phone and told us that once we come in to ask for him.

Upon reaching the dealership we went in and Brian was with another repeat customer and he had placed us in the hands of a young man named Anthony. Anthony listen to us and was extremely attentive when helping us to pick out the right vehicle for what we wanted. He did not try to oversell us on anything that we did not want instead he helped us to pick the perfect car that we are completely happy with.

Anthony and Brian were both helpful with the sale and delivery of our car that day and from beginning to end both of these young men delivered amazing customer service with a smile and had answers for all of the questions that we had.

When going over the final paperwork, Ilana was amazing explaining all of the paperwork and all the things that we were signing and she was absolutely amazing as well and handled everything with a smile was extremely pleasant and very personable.

It was so satisfying to ring the gong when we were done with the completion of our purchase of our car.
