I went to Lowe's in Hilliard for some floor paint. Bryan K. was working in the paint center all by himself and he masterfully waited on 3 customers simultaneously, including me. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered. He provided the same high level customer service to the other two customers as well. One customer was waiting patiently while a bucket of paint was being mixed or stirred in a high powered machine. Another customer was asking question about the various types of paint and trying to select the perfect color. I was there to get a sample of floor paint. Bryan has years of experience and endless knowledge and it shows! Somehow he even managed to get all 3 customers, including me, to briefly chat with one another. That's not the norm for me. I actually enjoyed this experience.

Bryan answered all of my questions and even prepared a color sample that he painted on a wooden stirring stick. He hand wrote the brand of paint and color information on the stick in case I returned to purchase in the coming days. He also answered all of my questions regarding paint removers. I had never met Bryan before, but I will definitely seek him out if I return to Lowe's in Hilliard. I had passed several other associates that treated me as if I was invisible, but Bryan was able to turn my experience around and I couldn't be happier. I've said it before and I'll say it again - great customer service is just as important, if not more important, to me as the product or service I am browsing or purchasing.

From the moment you walk in and smell the fresh lumber it’s going to set the mood this place is a good experience was going to have what you need for your home improvements.

I went in here today looking for a laminate counter end Peace and they were extremely helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond checking their system looking at other stores in there chain that would have the product giving me a print out of the item number along with phone number address of the other store but I had to go to.

Moral to the story if you were in the Hilliard Ohio or West Columbus area I would highly recommend this Lowe’s home improvement store

Unfortunately the downstairs bathroom decided to no longer do its job! Thanks to Lowe’s I was able to select replacements and advice on how to properly install said replacements only in one trip! Has everything you need for DIY projects!

Always got the best deals and you gotta love that lowes credit card

Eric from the lumber department was so knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we needed to build the foundation for our home gym. He really took his time and helped us a lot. Thank you Eric!!

Great staff, clean store and less crowded than others.

Our fridge went out last Sunday, what a hassle! However, Josh at Lowe’s was AMAZING! We had a new fridge by Tuesday morning. A few weeks before, we ordered a new front door for our house with help from Cierra. These two have given us some of the best customer service we’ve ever received anywhere!! So informative and helpful, we highly recommend them and this Lowes location. Many Thanks!

The employee that helped me today was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to check online to see if they had what I needed in stock and what isle and bay the product was in.

We had an issue with the installers of our Washer and Dryer! Jeff and Steve took care of our problem in less than 15 minutes! That’s how customer service is suppose to be! We will always be Lowes customers! Excellent customer experience!

Lowe’s provided great service in helping us special order a microwave. No other “big box” store could help us. This store also takes plant/flower containers to recycle.

Friendly associates, I was was to get good customer serious right away and was able to get out of they in timely manner.

Light was broken in box. Box had no damage. They exchanged without any issues

Logan is and has been fantastic help to us with a few of our summer projects this year.

I found all of my moving supplies, packing paper, boxes and the like as well as painting supplies in abundance. But more so, I needed a quart of paint. While in line awaiting service assistance, I was provided with a paint specialist gentleman who was OFF The clock and helped the woman in front of me and asked me to wait for another employee. Let me tell you, if I was off the clock I might not have done so, but this gentleman did. He was polite but direct. Another employee came and assisted me, and was nothing but kind, polite and a generally nice man. The gentleman who did not help me, but helped the woman in front of me did so without being on the clock. Did so because he knew he could help. Lowe's obviously employs exceptional people and I am grateful they hire such exceptional people. I wish I could give the man in a green Tshirt a HighFive for being an exceptional employee and for being such a stellar human being. Please visit this Lowe's if you want a great experience and an exceptional staff. No employee should ever work off the clock but considering there employees are willing to, shows the exceptional quality this location demonstrates. Thank you

Home Depot was out of roses. Meijer was out of roses. Lowe's had plenty of roses! We were very happy.

Gives veterans a discount which is very appreciated. Inventory is vast which gives the shopper many options.Personnel were very helpful in ordering a mirror which they do not carry in stock at the store.
